Baunti Guest house in Sochi

Today, 05/10/21 at 21:30 h at check-out, the receptionist cheated, behaved disrespectfully, familiarly and in Khabal style. The mood is completely ruined. I do not recommend this hotel to visit.

Stated WiFi is almost nonexistent, at about 30 degree heat is not air conditioned. Obscene savings on everything from the loaf for Breakfast to the quality of toilet paper. Given the cost of rooms it is better to add on Hyatt or to find economical option for your clear money.
And Sochi is good! You can have good rest at Home and is happy))

Until recently, my family and I were regular customers of this hotel. In total, over the past and this year we have lived in this hotel for more than six months, in the largest and most expensive room. We planned to stay again, but the management changed in the hotel. And this new management is scammers. Last month we did not live for several days and they promised us a refund. We promised tomorrow, we will return it tomorrow, and then they said that they would not return anything, explaining that a new management had come and those employees who promised us a refund are no longer working. Over the past month, the composition of all employees has changed. The manager is boorish, at the reception now there are strange people who do not know anything, do not even greet, the cleaning ladies constantly break into the room when the sign "do not disturb" hangs. Downstairs, where the reception is constantly gathering crowds noisy people, furniture is constantly being moved and drilled there, and the walls are thin enough.
