Good location. Great breakfast. The key plus is the veranda with a view of St Isaac's Cathedral on the roof. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Had a great night's sleep)

Luxurious 5* hotel. Very convenient location - between the Admiralty and St. Isaac's Cathedral, everything within walking distance. On the roof there is a covered terrace with its own observation deck, where a gorgeous view of the Cathedral opens up. Interesting modern interiors, excellent service, well-trained staff, amazing cuisine for breakfast. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam - everything is new, brand new. The mattresses and pillows in the rooms are incredibly comfortable - you fall asleep instantly! In general, we were 200% satisfied!!!

Super hotel, beautiful, comfortable, everything at the highest level. The room is just a fairy tale. Staff ❤❤❤❤❤ I'm with the children - they have special attention, balls, sweets pencils ... you say a trifle ... But it's great.

They ordered a massage, a visit to the SPA - as a gift, they made a complimentary face mask during the massage, the masseuses Ekaterina and Emilia kneaded all the problem areas, made moisturizing hand masks and at the end they offered tea, which was very helpful !!! In the spa and massage rooms, perfect cleanliness, there are not many people!

I give this hotel a solid five. Convenient location, helpful staff and a VERY comfortable bed with pillows, from which I didn’t want to get out into the November dullness. The only thing that helped wake me up was breakfast in bed, which is now served at any time for the guest (until 11:00) in the room. I also want to mention soft bathrobes and a good set of cosmetics in the room. Comfort Zone is love!

The hotel is located in a great place. Very comfortable and elegant. We were afraid that we would freeze, but we worried in vain. We adjusted the temperature comfortably for ourselves. Special thanks to the hotel team - always positive. After the walks, we warmed up perfectly in the spa. The place is very atmospheric, we will definitely come back))

Excellent stay. Of course there are lots of great hotels in St.Petersburg and other places. But what makes this hotel special is the team, everyone is very professional and friendly and helpful. Already stayed there twice and will stay again soon, looking forward to it.
Awesome location, close to historic attractions and lots of good restaurants. But the street is quiet and peaceful. But really the superb service is what makes this hotel really great.
