- the reception was very very rude and not helpful at all, they don't accept anything but Russian ruble and that was not mentioned before, they did not help to find an exchange office despite it was 5 minutes away. Breakfast was very minimal with very limited choice

- The toilet is a bit funny, open door toilet in the room is not the best option specially if you are ravelling with someone 😂 but expect this is good place where to stay

- first check in , i book junior suit they gave me standard , but this was fixed . room wasnt cleaned 100% everyday coffe cups left dirty , dirty tables and toilet . coffee tea not refilled on daily basics . my laundry bag got lost but the last drop i booked extra night and informed reception in prior and one rude lady came to my room , nocked in very rude way (i was putting dont disturb) and she entred my room and tried to kick me out . after my reaction she left me speaking and went . this not 4 star service and i never witnessed this in my life

Lovely Hotel.. great restaurant serving Chinese menu.
The rooms are very nice and luxurious, the room that I had didn’t have great views out of the window, but that cannot be helped. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only gripe was when I asked for some milk for a coffee in my room I was charged for it!! Apparently the restaurant is a separate entity to the hotel itself.
All in all a great hotel with transport links, restaurants all close by. Worth a visit

The hotel is good. The fact that the toilet in the room is fenced with glass, I saw for the first time. It’s suitable for couples, but it won’t be very good for a couple during the candy-bouquet period) buffet breakfasts are good and plentiful in variety, only when we left early in the morning they sent us breakfast to go, but they didn’t put spoons. I had to eat porridge with a fork, and they didn’t put me to drink. But otherwise the impression is good. If we go again, we will definitely stop here.

All in all, not a bad Hotel. The breakfasts are good. The room is cleaned like every day, but superficially. Shabby interior. Not 4 stars in my opinion.

The breakfast is not very good. Normal food is immediately taken apart, noodles and other Chinese food remain. In the bathrooms in the rooms, sliding walls made of frosted glass are a so-so idea, especially if you live with a colleague in the same room. Taking a shower is also a problem because of the splashes at the toilet bowl, a lot of water accumulates on the floor. The design of the cabins is not thought out at all.
From pluses: interesting design of rooms, polite staff is always ready to help. The curtains are very thick, you can sleep on white nights.

Probably the most unpleasant thing was that there was some huge beetle in our bathroom. The room was expensive in my opinion. The hotel itself is pretty. Chinese food. There was little choice for me, as well as for my boyfriend.
They have slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs (combs), shampoos, disposable shower gels.
I didn't like the smell in the bathroom. When you wash with water it smells a bit like sewer. Water remains in the soul, it does not completely go away. Not a very beautiful view from the window - construction site on the contrary. A house was being built not across the street, but right next to the hotel.
