A very dated and tired hotel that doesn’t live up to the glowing reviews. Service is weak — most requests are politely declined. There’s no proper ventilation in the rooms, so you constantly need to open and close the windows. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent — conversations from neighboring rooms are clearly heard. The location is also quite average, fairly far from the main attractions. Definitely not a place I would choose to return to.

The hotel is good, and the service is excellent. The upper floors are quiet and peaceful. But there's a slight downside: the style. It's old-fashioned, creating a huge frame that the entire hotel has to rely on. For example, the room is monotonous, making me feel uneasy. The only way to calm down, for me, is to put a toy on the table or arrange my things haphazardly so the room doesn't feel empty. The restaurant and the ground floor fitness center are excellent, though. I recommend them.

The hotel is gorgeous! Excellent view from the window, clean, pleasant rooms, delicious and varied food on the buffet. Not far from the metro, located in a fairly quiet place, nice lobby, I recommend it to everyone)

Was here for a conference. Polite staff. Delicious coffee in the restaurant on the first floor. Conference hall is comfortable. Snacks for coffee break are decent.

I liked the hotel. Cozy, warm, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not bad breakfasts. I would recommend adding more vegetables, greens. Arugula, iceberg leaves. This was very much lacking. Overall, everything is fine. The staff is responsive and attentive!

Everything is very good. Even the TV in the room is smart, you can wirelessly connect it to your laptop and phone. There is a swimming pool and a fitness center. The restaurant on the top floor has a magnificent panoramic view of the city. Only a few easily fixable little things upset me: - an empty minibar - no cups or kettle in the room - monotonous breakfast

- Receptionists are not freindly at all The concierge pesters you with offers on a daily basis At breakfast no one welcoming you not one smile There is men club in front of hotel door which seems not suitable for families and at mid night you can hear there sounds from the rooms House keeping give us very little toiletries Extra bed mattress is very thin I asked them to put one extra on top coz my back hurts me Bre
