Convenient location but very old inside. The feeling that I live in a student hostel. Recommend as in the absence of alternatives. And a solid average. From the pros on the floors is drinking water!

It is a pity that your hotel took the time to find out my age and allow itself to answer me so sarcastically, but unfortunately did not find the time to improve its service. The room was poorly cleaned upon check in. There is dust in the bathroom, the mirror in the bathroom does not represent an opportunity to look at it normally, because there are stains on it. All doors creak terribly. There are no hygiene products in the rooms except soap. One iron for the whole hotel (which doesn't work very well to be honest). There are no kettles in the rooms, but there is a cooler on the floor (hot water in it periodically stops working, and by the way, it is not hot at all). There are only three sockets per room (one has a refrigerator, another has a TV, so only one remains). In the shower room, the part that should cover it has been torn off from the outlet. Every day the corridor was vacuumed after 23.00, which made it very noisy.
By the way, you had a decent breakfast. Thanks for it. I also note the convenient location of the hotel, which is located in the historic center.
I would like to return to such a wonderful city, but after your reactions I do not want to return to your hotel.
I wish you prosperity and the ability to calmly resolve issues with your guests, ceasing to react so caustically to reviews about your place.

This is the most disgusting hotel. If they settle in room 40, then do not agree. There is often no hot water in the morning. Breakfasts. PPC.

We come here often, friendly staff, understanding and always ready to help. Good value for money.

A good hotel with a private bathroom, a TV and a refrigerator, but there are also disadvantages in the room it is dusty under the beds and it feels like they were not cleaned.
