Affordable Hotel in a quiet area. Excellent front desk staff. The room was adequately upgraded to a suite, they did not forget a mini-gift and a thank you card. Decent breakfasts - both days there was grilled fish and chicken. Didn't really like dumplings from room-service, but quite tasty local beer. For 3600RUR everything is very good. Faced with the problem of locking the bathroom - tried to win and almost dismantled the door 🙈
We lived in this hotel for 5 days with two children, and were more than satisfied with this hotel. The staff is very polite, cleaning every day, change of towels daily. And what was a pleasant surprise was when, upon arrival at the room, we saw that the child had also been brought to the bathroom with a stand, although we did not even know they were there. Surprised that the room even has a convenient stand for a suitcase. I haven't met them in any of the five, to be honest. Thanks

+ Better than the marriott in moscow, the receptionist, staff, ambience, breakfast, rooms everything was apt. I really felt that it was a comfortable stay and would definitely recommended everyoneLovely hotel, clean, welcoming, good breakfasts, reasonable price, underground parking, comfortable Delux family rooms with two 160 cm beds.
Great hotel. We had a room on the 6th floor with a wonderful view of the canal. The staff is attentive and friendly. The room is clean, with modern renovation and furniture. Delicious breakfasts for every taste. Recommend.

Good hotel. There is parking, but in the evening it can be back to back. Very cozy. The restaurant is excellent, they took beef stroganoff, pasta, salads and local beer. Beer tastes better than in the beer house beer house down the street. Girls at the reception, in the restaurant, have a special respect for their friendliness, the ability to meet halfway and, in general, stmpathicity.

Exceeding friendly staff everywhere. Upgraded room to accommodate family situation at no extra cost. Grill bar also had quite personable staff. Felt like family here.
Excellent experience in all aspects. Very friendly professionally staff (including consistently wearing masks during corona, which is rare to see in Russia!), wonderful management, very good breakfast.
Very nice, peaceful area close to the city centre but super quiet and residential. Excellent views over the roofs of St. Petersburg from the higher floors.
