Rooms too small, you won't have place to walk. Smelly, looks like ghost house. Water taps will change its mode to hot and cold automatically. No service, neither water. Rude behaviour. Just don't go for it. I could have rated 0 stat but 1 is the min.

Top for the money, the only thing is not very good soundproofing
