The room was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful! My main not so positive comments would that the air conditioning unit did not seem to work in my room. Also, unfortunately due to how the hotel is configured, I did not have a window to open for fresh air outside. The stuff is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! No issues whatsoever, only pleasant experience. I wanted a quiet, cozy place to stay, and this was just that. Staff were easy to talk to, was able to contact via WhatsApp and were super helpful. The room was as in the pictures, and very clean.

The location of the hotel and the breakfast buffet was top notch!Receptionist Abrar was very welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping was great.

房間安排在425也就是最高層的一間，酒店門頭比較小在公車站旁邊，一開始走錯到餐廳的門口，因為酒店包含有酒吧和餐館。房間挺大的，相比較而言一個人住很寬鬆，暖氣也足，自己帶了加濕器。酒店早餐是1000盧布一個人，不用付給前台，去餐廳再給。自助式的，菜式沒有特別多但是也夠一個人吃，晚餐也有，吃了一道菜還不錯，晚餐有小哥拉手風琴🪗。酒店位置還可以，去馬林斯基劇院走路十分鐘就到了，走到冬宮和附近景點都不遠。對了如果上樓有幫忙拿行李，沒有收小費。

佈置得非常有品位的酒店，極具古典氣質，房間很大，一特大床加一沙發床三人睡足夠寬敞，沒有電梯需要提行李上樓，自助式早餐800盧布可以現場付。

住宿位置很好，距離聖以撒教堂，及涅瓦大街都很近，房間環境好，酒店的裝修風格也很好，唯一不好的就是沒電梯。三樓外面的廳好好看

特別滿意。性價比很高，交通地理位置好，很有特色，服務也好，早餐差了點。

酒店位置在聖彼得堡市中心，距離聖以撒教堂步行10分鐘，走到冬宮大概20分鐘左右，老酒店沒有電梯，行李可以自己拎或者請前台幫忙（當然記得給小費），酒店有600盧布/人的自助早餐，品種還算豐富。

中規中矩，前台服務態度一般，沒有牙刷，希望能夠改進，因為這個小房間並不算便宜，確實是3星不會評更高了

拿翻譯軟件溝通沒有問題~定位到TSEKH85，是一個站牌，旁邊有超市、賣畫畫雕塑的，往理髮店💈方向走，十字路口拐角有一個24h超市（站那），看到路對面有一個酒吧（門外兩個大酒桶），往右走→50米就看見酒店了！！

酒店各項不錯，就是生活用品衹給一次，再要就加錢😂，溝通也挺費勁，不會英語，基本靠手機翻譯

房間挺好的，乾淨舒適，樓下就是超市，地鐵站向西500米即到。工作人員服務熱情專業。不足之處是沒有電梯。

Were on May 21-23! Rooms are clean, new, stylish and comfortable. I would like to note the comfortable beds and soundproofing. There was almost everything in the room (the only thing I would have liked was a tea / coffee set in the room) They made gifts to us because we were celebrating a wedding and there were fees at their place. Stayed with friends at this hotel in May, were pleasantly surprised) the rooms are very spacious! (This is rarely seen in St. Petersburg hotels😁) The rooms have everything! Starting with a split system, ending with a fully equipped kitchen (even a full bath !!). The boutique hotel is in an excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the embankment, the environment is calm, pleasant contingent! Summer evening walks with stunning views will be the best here! Delicious breakfasts in the hotel cafe, hearty. The hotel staff is kind, quality repairs, super soundproofing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
