To enter the restaurant you need to make a deposit, only half of which can be used as payment for food. The rest is essentially an entrance fee to the restaurant! The skating rink works according to the schedule and even if there is no one at all, you will have to sit and wait for an hour because the rink has a break. The staff is not friendly and sends you with any question. Half of the food on the menu is out of stock.

We came with friends from the north, maybe we wanted to see the place for a long time. At 18.00, as you understand, especially not to sunbathe. We wanted to rest and eat. What a pity that the restaurant is loaded today and they do not give food ((((they cannot tell us what time we can eat, they just apologize. Here, three of us are sitting on the beach, windy, a hungry friend froze. Around, in the Vsevolozhsk district, as you know, there is nothing decent and there is traffic jams in the city ((

We would have gone north, and now we would be sitting on the terrace of a house by the lake. For the same 9 thousand, you can rent not 3 sun loungers, but a whole house.

We come to you not for the first time! Thank you for making the ice rink huge, but this time an unpleasant situation happened in the restaurant! We ordered a pizza with Parma and goat cheese, they brought us the pizza, it was delicious, but we did not notice that there was no parma in it! They brought the bill, it contained pizza with parma, did not attach any importance, paid! More guests came up to us and ordered pizza Margarita, so when they were taken out, we realized that we were eating the same pizza! Anything can happen, there is nothing wrong with that, if not for the attitude of the staff! The girl did not try to smooth over the situation, she tried to prove to us that there is no extra pizza with Parma anywhere and that we ate what we ordered! We offered to check on cameras what they took out to us! The answer was no cameras! I think at your level of establishment, visitors do not need to prove what they ate! This is extremely unpleasant! We asked to call the administrator! This time a young man came up, we explained the situation, and received in response - it took too much time (2.5 hours) to find out which pizza they brought you! That is, we have to prove it to the visitors! This is certainly a shock! Not only did they bring not what we ordered, but we also need to prove it!
In the end, of course, we insisted on our own, but it would be much nicer if the staff resolved such situations more kindly!
