- The standard room is quite small, suitable for only one person. I requested an early check-in, but unfortunately, it wasn’t accommodated.

- I was outside the hotel and when I returned to my room, I was shocked to find the bathroom bathtub glass completely broken, with damage affecting the bathroom and the room. When I asked the reception for help late at night, they sent cleaning staff instead. The cleaning took a long time, and broken glass remained on the floor. They didn’t apologize at all. Instead, they said they would review the security cameras to see if I was responsible for the damage. This was extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
