Friendly and helpful staff. Nice interior, clean! Room cleaning daily with change of towels! There is a kettle in the room (tea, coffee), refrigerator, towels, robes and slippers! Cool bedding! Delicious food in the restaurant! I recommend 👌

Class! In Scandinavian style, The room is beautiful with a view of the waterfront. White bedding, towels and bathrobes. Respect!

I liked the mini hotel. Three floors, cabless elevator, cooler on the floor, restaurant. Business lunch 250 rubles, buffet breakfast 650 rubles. Food quality is good. The hotel is clean everywhere, not smoky! The bed is comfortable, toiletries are available, bathrobe, slippers, water, kettle and tea, coffee, sugar. Ironing board and iron on request in the room! Nice view and close to the center. Has its own parking. Quite suitable for business trips. During events, the price rises 2.5 times!

Everything starts with a smile. This is the kind of staff to work here. The room was very comfortable. I tried to play Lena the Flying, but it did not work out. The service here is great. I think the Friday TV channel would cry with happiness that there is such a hotel in the city of St. Petersburg. As for food, there is a restaurant with very affordable prices, large portions and insanely delicious food. I advise you to try the soup and the rustic hodgepodge. I think gastronomic orgasm is provided for you. In general, I give 10 stars.

Nice waterfront hotel in a historic building. Despite the noisy highway outside the window, it is very quiet inside, no extraneous noise. My husband had a birthday - they congratulated him with a personalized card and presented him with a bottle of sparkling wine. We took a room with a sauna - everything was very pleasant. A relative minus is only a weak WiFi signal in this particular room, but for us it was not critical, so the administrator was not even warned about this. Nice and varied breakfast in the morning.

Fabulous! Of the minuses - not a very convenient location, but this is offset by the lack of fuss. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and great restaurant. Unobtrusive service and polite staff. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Didn't want to leave!

Neat & good room, though it's quite small for 2 people, View from balcony is great but vehicle zipping noise might give you disturbed sleep.
Very good staff support, Smiling & always ready to attend, really a unique experience felt among Russia major cities. Awesome food spread.

Excellent hotel. Stayed in November. I liked everything very much. Cleaning every day. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. We will gladly stay here again.
