- Receptionist dont speak english at all! While we checked in 2 ppl on reception where helpful and we communicated thru translation app. But next day the lady was really not interested in helping and didnt help at all. Food menu is there but you cant order on the spot, you have to order in advance for your meals. There is no kettle in the room! There is a fridge which is totally of no use in cold.

+ We stayed in family triple room 323. Room was really spacious, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Clean towels, napkins provided along with slippers & brush. Wifi was fast. Heating in room was good, hot water always. There is water dispenser kept in lobby, so you can refill your bottle anytime with hot/cold water. Room floors were cleaned everyday. and beds made alternate day. Surrounding area is really good, metro station is 5 min walk, rostic and burger king is there, a small cafe beside the hotel entrance. Tram station is in front. I got currency exchanged from norvik bank which is 10min walk away at really good usd rate. Good hotel overall.- Receptionist dont speak english at all! - These should be taken as feedback to improve notasb complaints. 1. Reception staff, hospitality, attitude do not convey that you are welcome in the hotel. 2. It looks like mainly used by Russians as transit hotel and not by foreign tourists so the approach is missing as they are not the target visitors. 3. Not at all briefed about facilities in the hotel nor any written paper is given in this regard. Whatever is displayed is in Russian. 4. In winters there should be a door mat on the door of the room as wet shoes and snow spoil the room. There is no mat in the washroom also.

- The only issue I had was finding the front entrance. Please include a note in your reservation details that lists the hotel entrance is outside of, and at the end of the metro/rail station, and across from the post office.

- The room on the last day was freezing.The reception doesn't know one word of English and they use translator when they are going to charge you,If you need any thing else ,they pretend not to understand you.The guy working at the reception is not helpful at all.I totally don't recommend the hotel to the foreign travellers if they don't Know Russian.This hotel is just for Russian.The Guy didn't do any thing to heat the room up.
