- Shower was dirty Room was very small, not even large enough to open my suitcase fully. Could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and the room next to us had a water dripping sound the entire time which sounded like someone peeing every 5 minutes

- Bad treatment, the bathroom has no drain, the reception asked and we paid 10,000 rubles extra because we were only 45 minutes late and the checkout was 12, lack of respect for guests, lack of cleaning and entering the room without permission, and they told us the AC is work than they said we don't need it in Moscow !!! It doesn't work !
- Water heater was not working from the beginning until we left the hotel, we could not get shower because water was so freezing
