- The hotel is at the 3rd floor and without elevator it was very difficult going up with luggage. The stairs is dirty and small.
- the hotel in 2nd floor no left they didn't set up or clean the room daily the reception empties most of the time the room is very very small the surrounded is very noisy no way this is 4 star hotel
