- Internet very bad and no connection and when contacted it disconnected in few minutes, Cleaning personnel were rude. i want a bottle of water at night and reception refuse to give water in room. i had ask for cleaning at room and only put 2 bottles in room and left without cleaning. be careful to get water with you because you have only 2 little water bottle in each day!!!!

- There was a very bad service, if you need a water you should go down and collect it from reception, no luggage assistance, no concierge, very bad location and had to cancel the other coming booking and shifter to another hotel

+ Waiting for check IN .they gave the room at 14:20 . Breakfast not that much. Coffee machine wii charging you. Location 10 minutes from red sequre. Every day cleaning late and they don’t clean properly.- -

Cozy, comfortable, location 10, soundproofing 10, even in the current "quarantine 2020", the comfort conditions are super and careful and reverent attitude towards the guests... I strongly recommend...
