+ Room was big and good value for money. Staff were kind.
- The bed was tilted cause it’s missing one foot. The traffic noise is also quite substantial so have earplugs ready.

The hotel justifies the combination of "price-quality". The place is quiet. Standard room is small but cozy. There is a nice cafe nearby. Pyaterochka shop. Transport within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

the staff is relatively friendly. the numbers do not correspond to the stated requirements and reality. air conditioners do not work, the tap was running for 2 days and did not move, wifi internet does not work

We made a reservation without any problems. Payment upon arrival. Room for 1990 rubles / day everything you need is there (a bed with an excellent mattress, TV, air conditioner, kettle, 2 glass. glasses, a set of towels, a wardrobe with three hangers, a hairdryer). The room is clean, thanks to the staff.
