+ - Perfect and super quiet location to sleep in the park - Reception staff is nice
- This hotel has so much potential but no effort is put into it, all the more after they increased prices. Rooms are tired, old, barely decorated, with zero effort put to make them cozy and welcoming. Also the bathroom is old, and it’s pretty dirty in corners / behind furniture. It’s frustrating as this hotel could be a real gem.

The place is excellent, because the park and cultural heritage. The staff is also very friendly, clean linens, a mini-refrigerator, but that’s all. The room went almost at the level of an average Soviet hotel. The refrigerator cools very poorly. The shower mount is broken and therefore, you hold a shower with one hand, and wash with the other. The shower stall is plastic and breathes incense. The room has neither air conditioning nor fan. One window under the ceiling. The room has a constant twilight, even with lighting. The bed creaks. In the bathroom there is no power outlet and near the mirror in the room too. Weifai is weak. There is no breakfast. But the rooms do not have normal tea utensils and cutlery. Only thick glass glasses without handles and cup holders. Culmart with hot water in the hallway. How to bring such a glass of boiling water to the room is not clear. Than to stir sugar - too. Therefore, despite looking at a beautiful place, I do not recommend it to those who love comfort.
