- This hotel has so much potential but no effort is put into it, all the more after they increased prices. Rooms are tired, old, barely decorated, with zero effort put to make them cozy and welcoming. Also the bathroom is old, and it’s pretty dirty in corners / behind furniture. It’s frustrating as this hotel could be a real gem.

- Only tiny issue: No coffee/tea in the room. Vending machine in foyer instead with card only. But kindly staff purchased it for us and we could pay her in cash.

+ Everything. The location is just stunning. It's a beautiful historical site. The hotel is very pleasant and welcoming. Lovely rooms and spotless clean. Friendly staff. I stay there again anytime. If you're looking to know Moscow for the first time this place is a great choice. It is located in a historic park with the house of a Tsar. It is near the metro station so it is easy to move in the city.

If suddenly the thought of staying in this hotel comes to you - drive it away.
Very cold room. The air conditioner does not work. Apparently they attached it there solely for beauty. Having gone to the reception, I was kindly provided with a heater for use.
The bathroom is a separate art form. It was like I was in a Soviet hospital. Everything is shabby and shabby. The shower cubicle is very small. I'm a fragile girl, but the cabin is so small. You can't even turn around there. The drain is blocked. The corners in the shower are chipped and the water that was collected from the clogged drain flowed onto the floor into the bathroom. As it turned out, this is a normal problem for this hotel. For in the morning one of my neighbors took a shower and flooded the lower floor. This was reported at 8 am by the cries of the administrator.
Soaps and shower gels are expired.
Slippers and robes are missing. Thank you for the towels.

The place is excellent, because the park and cultural heritage. The staff is also very friendly, clean linens, a mini-refrigerator, but that’s all. The room went almost at the level of an average Soviet hotel. The refrigerator cools very poorly. The shower mount is broken and therefore, you hold a shower with one hand, and wash with the other. The shower stall is plastic and breathes incense. The room has neither air conditioning nor fan. One window under the ceiling. The room has a constant twilight, even with lighting. The bed creaks. In the bathroom there is no power outlet and near the mirror in the room too. Weifai is weak. There is no breakfast. But the rooms do not have normal tea utensils and cutlery. Only thick glass glasses without handles and cup holders. Culmart with hot water in the hallway. How to bring such a glass of boiling water to the room is not clear. Than to stir sugar - too. Therefore, despite looking at a beautiful place, I do not recommend it to those who love comfort.
