+ The stuff was really helpful. They always tried to help me. Also the hotel location is very good and easy to find. I just wanna special thanks to Janara. And also the girl (i dont know her name) who generaly waits there on nights helped me a lot. You can stay there without any doubt.- Television was just russian channels. Maybe ı could be beter smart tv or other languages channels.

Very polite staff at the reception, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. It can be seen that the hotel is still a year old and everything is new. I hope this will always be the case. The only thing that disturbed our stay was that the neighbors in room 14 were very noisy. I think it's because of the adjoining door. You can hear from conversations to the TV behind the wall. Plus hitting the wall. Perhaps this is solved by taking earplugs, but vacuum headphones did not help. The hotel allowed us to stay for an additional 3 hours and was given a drink as a gift. In terms of service and attitude - the highest score!

Listen, Hyatt is resting, the design is very cool, insanely nice people, the mattress is insanely soft, very comfortable, everything is nearby, I couldn’t find a better hotel in Moscow ((The price is gorgeous, the view is also not bad. The cars don’t make noise, the windows are super. In general, In general, I recommend for 50,000 points. I'm already waiting for my return !!!

It was a very nice room, very comfortable. I was happy there. Only the new theme of all hotels is annoying - to heat money on dental kits, and the Master boutique hotel, unfortunately, is no exception (
