The staff was very helpful, the place was clean, the staff can speak english which is good for the communication and inquires.
The location of the hotel was exceptional. There are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.
Stuff not helpful. Wi-Fi is bad location is normal. I stay four nights no one clean my room and change towels.
Very small and narrow space, i traveled with my wife and two little daughters.. trust me you will not have place to put your luggage in your room. Toilet is not clean at all, water splash if you take shower will be all over. I do not recommend as there is many options at Moscow and transportation very cheap so do not stay at Intermark
Perfect stay! Great apartment, amazing location near shops & exchange, and wonderful, respectful staff.
Exceptional amenities in the room. Clean rooms with a nice view of Arbat street. Supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy at the doorstep.
The place was perfect, there are many restaurants and coffee shops just next to the hotel. Also, there was a bank next door for currency exchange.

Very kind people and they helped me and support me when i was on money issues, they was very helpful and supportive , specially Elena was very kind and she spoke English well , thanks guys . For sure i will come back and recommend for my friends
The area is lit, restaurants banks, pharmacies u name it, rooms is clean modern and cozy, warm too since moscow was like -10
The hotel was modern and near to many shops and supermarkets ( location) - room style and view on the main road.
The location of the hotel is super easy and amazingly close to the Metro stations. Walking distance to everywhere. I would definitely come back to this place again. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel rooms are super nice and cozy, clean with a amazing view 10 points for the cleaning Hotel services are very very well. I appreciate everybody support. They were very very helpful in everything.

The location is directly exsposed to ARBAT street, Moscow and you can reach any Destination inside Moscow from spot, Many landmarks are close to or nearby. Many many coffee shows, restaurant, süpermarket etc.. are nearby. Very recommend

It’s located in new Arbat Street with a lot of restaurants cafes a bank and supermarket. Facing the hotel there is a cinema and another one is by a walking distance
The location of the hotels is not good. The taxi service near hotel . The rooms are not clean. I do not recommend it.
The room was mouldy and they wouldn’t let me move - room and wouldn’t refund- incredible rude staff. Lifts are slow and with the hotel it takes 20 minutes to wait sometimes
Absolutely amazing hotel with truly exceptional staff! Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for so friendly, attentive, and professional. The location is simply perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We absolutely love this place. It’s not our first time here, and it certainly won’t be the last. Feels like a home away from home! Highly recommended
Some staff was rude. This place is made for a younger crowd. All show no substance. Had to listen to a kid screaming 8 doors down. In my trip to Russia I've stayed in 6 hotels. This was by far the worst and oddly on the high end of prices
The hotel was great! Everything was quite good overall. The location is perfect—right on Arbat Avenue and close to everything. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean with a nice view. Definitely worth the money.
