amazing location The view from the room was spectacular and about a 10 min walk to the Red Square. We asked for change in the linen and they promptly did so. Unfortunately for one day the water was shut off but it was beyond their control as civil works were going on in the neighborhood. They we kind in the interaction and gave us a full refund when we opted to check out early due to the water issue...
I chose this apartment based on the pictures on the website, but the reality was completely disappointing. The apartment was very small, the curtains were worn out and couldn't close properly, which added to the disappointment. The view from the apartment was unacceptable, overlooking garbage bags and boxes, and the smell inside the apartment was very bad. The bedding was dirty, which made the stay...
At least the owner was nice and I couldn't pay rent fee before check-in so he helped me to do it well with patient.
I liked the space and room, the view from the apartment was very nice. good walking distance to Arbat street!

Very good place. Wonderful location. Easy check in. Balcony is huge, beautiful view. Windows are large and can enjoy great city view. If the dates were available I would book this year again!

Worst place I have stayed. Pictures didn’t match realities at all, also AC isn’t working and the other room doesn’t have AC. I tried contacting the owner but rudely they were not helpful. Shower was broken. I paid for 4 nights, but I had to leave after 2 nights, that’s how bad it is.
The apartment is in fourth floor, lift is available. It located close to Arbat area where restaurants and shopping stores are available. The apartment is equipped with all requirements. GM team was fast responding and helpful.

Everything at the hotel is new, it has a nice fresh feel to it. Good location.
A wonderful and beautiful hotel located in New Arbat, with restaurants and cafes behind it and a metro station directly underneath. It is clean, has a bidet in the bathroom, offers very high security, and is perfect for families.
Location and cleanliness of the hotel
It is a hotel that suits family, the receptionist talks good english, very helpful. They also have a place to weight ur bags! The hotel is new and clean!

The hotel was truly beautiful, with clean and well-organized rooms. Everything felt elegant and high-quality. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the room service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also outstanding—close to most major attractions and very convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.
Modern hotel, one of the best locations, helpful staff, lovely view, most of the facilities are near the hotel such as: currency exchange, bank, pharmacy, malls, grocers, coffee shops and a lot of restaurants. To get to them you need to walk 500 meters to 1.5 km approximately. To get fair prices you need to book before one month, otherwise it depends on the season. Every-time I will stay here.
The location is beautiful, and no one can fool you by saying it's only 15 minutes from Carmine; on the contrary, it's about 34 minutes. Cleanliness, organization, and excellent service; it was very elegant and luxurious, and close to all services.
The service at this hotel is really bad. And people in the reception are rude and raciest when some one from their country they provide help but when someone start specking English they ignore him. I pushed my luggage to my room and back in check out even when i request a help no one help me. Shame in this hotel for treating people with no respect.

location near a lot of restaurants and cafes, 7 min walk to red square, the bed was comfortable, room was clean. I pay through the app it's work and I didn't pay any extra when I checked in.
The hotel is good. It is located near Arbat Street and there are services around it, but one drawback is that there is no service for delivering food to the rooms, including breakfast or dinner. The stay was good in general, but the hotel needs to add other services as it is 4 stars and belongs to the Hilton group.
This was our 2nd room for the kids. Same review. Hotel deserves 5 star for cleanliness, location, value, everything was nice and we will miss the cozy lobby vibes and smell :)
Front desk are very helpful especially Rustam and Kirill. We arrived at night but both our rooms were ready on same floor as requested.
