The hotel benefits from its location. Nearby there are Patriarshiye Ponds 😌, there are many fine and not so great restaurants. The building of the hotel is quite old, which is understandable, so the most important thing that suffers is the sewage system and the water supply system. The beautiful lady at the reception, Olga, turned this 3star hotel in the most memorable place I stayed so far. The bad reviews are completely false and based on someone basically trespassing and filming. This hotel is clean and modern. It's affordable so you get what you pay for. Very friendly mini-hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed there several nights and loved it. Yes, there is no breakfast room - but one of the best bakeries in Moscow just downstairs at street level. Yes, there is no integrated restaurant - but very good places nearby at Patriarch's Pond. Metro is a little far (Mayakovskaya), but Bulkakov museum and Patriach's Pond around the corner can be explored...

Very nice hotel with new interiors. My room had a Nespresso coffee machine each morning and brought 4 capsules. The room was complete silence.
