the hotel is near the exit of subway of Kievskaya. and there are many malls around the hotel the room was very conveninet, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi is really fast it's very clean

Everything was just perfect. Worth the price Room was clean. It is nice that gym is available at the property. Though it is not big, it is nice to have a good workout while u are on vacation. Personnel is really nice and helpful

NOVOTEL is once again offering its own breakfast and it's a real step up. The quality is excellent, and thankfully, it’s no longer the basic IBIS-style canteen breakfast we've had in the past. A much more pleasant atmosphere, and definitely a better start to the day!

NOVOTEL no longer offers its own breakfast service, which used to be very good. Now, guests are required to have breakfast at the neighboring IBIS hotel, in a rather unimpressive canteen-like atmosphere. This is unacceptable.

Unexpectedly changing conditions and prices. At 17.45 on the arrival day, the hotel sent a message where informed that the booking will be cancelled at 18.00 if we don't pay 9000 rubles right now. That was "due to high demand", you might understand. needless to say, there were no such conditions announced in advance Happily I noticed the message. If not there would be a vefy awkward situation. Happened...

The window is poorly insulated. Room was noisy and a little bit cold. housekeeping service is not daily. hotel entry is not easy. Switching lift is needed.

2 minutes walk to a metro station and a huge shopping centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants at walking distance. 5 minutes on the metro to the red square. The bed I'd comfortable. The room has everything in needed. A kettle would have been nice though. The bathroom is very clean and had everything I needed. Very clean The staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating

The location on the hotel is nice in the city center, metro station, mall, food, everything is around, The breakfast was good.

The hotel is situated right by the metro station and a train station, so you can go anywhere you need to quite fast. There is a huge shopping mall just 2 minutes away from the hotel. If you enjoy walking, you can walk pretty much everywhere in the city center as well. The bedsheets were very clean as was the room in general. The receptionists were extremely nice the whole time I was there.

Across the road from the metro station and a huge shopping centre. 2 metro stations from the Red square Clean rooms, clean towels. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and extremely helpful

I liked the hotel lobby and the 2 of reception staff was very friendly and polite I stayed there for almost a week. 2 shopping malls were close to us one is in the same building and the other one is 1 minute walking distance other restaurants, pharmacy and exchange shops were there as well

Perfect location! The hotel located near metro kiyevskaya or Kievskiy Railway. Also you can walk just only 5 mins to the shopping mall “Evropeiskiy” and there are lots of good restaurants nearby this area. The room was good and have enough space to store your luggage. One thing I don’t like is hair-dryer is kinda old and loud but it’s still work. Next time if I come back to Moscow, I’ll stay here again

I asked the receptionist to check out at 1pm.. She said the hotel is fully booked... i checked in (ostrovok).. Many rooms available.. To be honest it's not that hard

Proximity with all services (bank, shopping mall, exchange $ office, metro and train) and 24h grocery store. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is big. View is amazing.

The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists and holidays travelers. Hotel is located at the busy Eurasia Square, in the posh and touristic Dorogomilovo District of Moscow. The hotel at 02 minutes walk from Kiyevsky Railway Terminal, Kiyevsky Metro Hub and Kiyevsky Bus Station. Room was decently spacious. Bed linens were clean and mattresses were quite comfy. The place is very dirty, it smells of dog urine, and with all due respect, the mattresses are very dirty and have traces of urine. We asked them to change them, and they said to put a cover over them. The entrance door is old wood that doesn’t open easily. The smell is unbearable.
