Good hotel. Friendly staff. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby. At the reception you can order tickets to the theater, excursions, taxi. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent restaurant. We recommend the hotel for accommodation.
Good hotel, excellent service and central location. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice, even with red caviar. There is an access to sports center with full size swimming pool. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old fashioned and some rooms facing the river can be noisy due to the traffic outside.
Not a convenient location, it can be very noisy, almost all the furniture is old. So far, this is the only thing that frustrates when visiting this place. But the staff is responsible and friendly. The food is quite tasty, a good selection of drinks. The service is fast.
Your usual Radisson rooms, rugged and renovated last time probably more than twenty years ago. It's okay, you can stay and sleep there. The staff been trying their best but I had troubles sleeping and paying for my stay anyway. Is it really worth the price to live in a hotel with worn towels, creaky doors and walls so thin you can hear your neighbors' breath? Probably not for this price.
Usually stayed at another hotel in the area. Often, up to the card of a dear beloved guest. And then something came across. I just stumbled upon it - a low historical building hidden from the road by trees. And now I don't know what to do... I liked it. My stops are always short, one night, early departure. Therefore, I don’t know anything about breakfasts, changing towels, cleaning rooms, etc...
Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦! The hotel is in the great location right next to a massive beautiful mall (you need to check it out) as well next to the local train station. The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Our favourite part of the stay was the morning breakfast; the food is amazing and the Russian seeet dumplings are my favourite! Not clean! Stained towel! Unpolite staff! Very bad service! I asked for food from the restaurant and received the answer that they have not enough staff. Thus, no room service!

It was my third time stay at this hotel. Beautiful hotel at the centre. 2 min walk away from metro and a shopping mall. Almost a perfect location Rooms are super clean and tidy. Reception is very welcoming. Nice bar, restaurant offers good variety of food and it is quite cheap but menu is limited. Clean hotel, welcoming staff, ibis quality. For breakfast you’ll need to pay 1100₽ (if it’s not included in your booking) just because it’s served in Novotel. Location is also great - close to embassies (15mins by buss to Swedish embassy), 5 mins walk to aero express, easily accessible by public transport. We had an incredible experience with the Adagio Apart Hotel at Kievskaya, Moscow. Great location, very comfortable, but we found the staff of the pool area not welcoming. Despite this bad experience at the pool, we had a lovey stay at the apart. Hope to come back to Russia someday and stay at Adagio or Novotel. Very comfortable places.

NOVOTEL is once again offering its own breakfast and it's a real step up. The quality is excellent, and thankfully, it’s no longer the basic IBIS-style canteen breakfast we've had in the past. A much more pleasant atmosphere, and definitely a better start to the day!
NOVOTEL no longer offers its own breakfast service, which used to be very good. Now, guests are required to have breakfast at the neighboring IBIS hotel, in a rather unimpressive canteen-like atmosphere. This is unacceptable.

2 minutes walk to a metro station and a huge shopping centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants at walking distance. 5 minutes on the metro to the red square. The bed I'd comfortable. The room has everything in needed. A kettle would have been nice though. The bathroom is very clean and had everything I needed. Very clean The staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating

The hotel is situated right by the metro station and a train station, so you can go anywhere you need to quite fast. There is a huge shopping mall just 2 minutes away from the hotel. If you enjoy walking, you can walk pretty much everywhere in the city center as well. The bedsheets were very clean as was the room in general. The receptionists were extremely nice the whole time I was there.

I liked the hotel lobby and the 2 of reception staff was very friendly and polite I stayed there for almost a week. 2 shopping malls were close to us one is in the same building and the other one is 1 minute walking distance other restaurants, pharmacy and exchange shops were there as well
Perfect location! The hotel located near metro kiyevskaya or Kievskiy Railway. Also you can walk just only 5 mins to the shopping mall “Evropeiskiy” and there are lots of good restaurants nearby this area. The room was good and have enough space to store your luggage. One thing I don’t like is hair-dryer is kinda old and loud but it’s still work. Next time if I come back to Moscow, I’ll stay here again

The place is very dirty, it smells of dog urine, and with all due respect, the mattresses are very dirty and have traces of urine. We asked them to change them, and they said to put a cover over them. The entrance door is old wood that doesn’t open easily. The smell is unbearable.
