Staffs friendly, house keeping brilliant and the location.
Great location...five minutes stroll from Metro, innumerable places to eat, Arbat St, etc. Wonderful views from our 13th floor room. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water and powerful shower. Helpful reception, fixed our failure to have "registration" from previous day's hotel in St Petersburg.
I don't recommend the hotel in terms of handling, welcome and cleanliness, unsmiling people and staff too, and you feel that you are being raped by them, as if they are the ones who give you money to come to their tourism .. I rented a room here. It's a fairly comfortable hotel, everything is clean and sterile. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view. The service was top-notch.

The room size was decent. However, the Wi-Fi signal was terrible and constantly disconnected, and my laptop couldn't even connect. If you get a room facing the street, it's incredibly noisy! The bathroom was a nightmare! Especially the bath. The hose isn’t convenient. I think this hotel should be 3 stars not 5! 5 stars is an overkill for this hotel. Staying at Holiday Inn would’ve been a much wiser option than this old hotel. Not recommended at all.

After hanging up the Do not disturb sign, the waiter still knocked on the door to deliver dessert.The room cleaner seemed to be able to open our door at will.We think this link is very good, but just replace it with a small bag and hang it at the door.The sudden interruption made us feel that we had lost our private space.

The hotel is right in front of the famous Arbat Street, with easy access to two metro stations (the light blue and dark blue lines). We even walked to the Kremlin—it took us about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, strolling down Arbat Street, passing by the Lenin Library, and arriving right near the Kremlin ticket office in the Alexandrovsky Garden.
Location and buffet were good.
There are two metro stations nearby about 5-8 min walking. Money exchange in the hotel is open all the time with good rates. All receptionists were helpful, especially Assam.

Even room is a little small, it provides full facilities that asian people love it especially toilet rinse spray.
I do not advise anyone to book that hotel , they do not respect the tourist just they respect who speak russian and Turkish langue , all the staff in the hotel they didn't speak English they are not helpful. There is restaurant (iranien, Turkishin) in the hotel  the waiters was very bad handling and mannered that happened with me and my family so bad they nervous because we didn't understand Turkish...
So bad restaurant disrespectful. Have to be 3 star about the bad handling No one speak English not giving hands to help , unappreciated and bad with guests & customers all the staff Turkish. I recommend another hotel to enjoy your vacation.
My room was on the street view with very bad isolation. You can hear all the cars. I couldn’t sleep well. 
I dealt with one receptionist. She doesn’t know how to deal with guests. I think the hotel should assign her to an intensive course of how to deal with guests. She was not helpful not smiling, you feel she was forced to work. The street noise was loud. Weak soundproofing.
The hotel is excellent, but the reception services with them are not good. There are no staff to help you when carrying bags, and there is no interest in receiving you or saying goodbye to you.
The heating wasn't working and we have to call them to fix it and the toilet was leaking water but no one fixed it. the cleaning service was not good and weak

This hotel in my view is in the best location. It is right at the edge of the pedestrian street where all restaurants and cafes are . The hotel is cozy , simple, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. The hotel is okay, but not great value for money. It's a bit old, and the breakfast is so-so.
The hotel's location is perfect, close to everything; a metro station is 200 meters away, a pedestrian shopping street is 100 meters away, and at the end of the road you'll find Red Square, the Kremlin Palace, etc. There's a currency exchange office nearby. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, I definitely recommend it. We will be going again in July and will choose the same hotel again.
The hotel is right next to Arbat Street, less than a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding area is quiet and virtually noise-free. There's also a very nice Chinese restaurant across the street.
The hotel is conveniently located, the room is spacious, and clean. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The security guard was rude at the entrance, the renovations are dated, the furniture in the room is shabby, the air conditioning and heating didn't work. The breakfast didn't look appetizing, the selection was very limited, and the music was terrible. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The room was excellent in every aspect: central location, cleanliness, and utilities. It has an adjustable radiator for heat as well as an air conditioner for cooling. Perfect for students travelling. Clean, spacious rooms and clean facilities. There's a communal kitchen too, in case you want store drinks or whatnot.
The location of this hotel is awesome. 4 minute walk to one metro station, 15 to the other, if you need another branch. One thing that they can not exclude this karaoke bar downstairs, which is just zero noise insulation... on the other hand, you can not spending money to sing every night???. A huge plus of this place is clean! In principle, the price is appropriate.

A pretty decent hotel. The single rooms are very small. No toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided, and there were no slippers either. The breakfast was good. There was a selection. The location was great. Everything was close by. I highly recommend it.
A late check-in at 02:30 because of my flight delay. I woke up an angry babushka receptionist. She welcomed me with the signature angry hospitality. Remote control for the air conditioner was 404 not found. However, the chef at the breakfast hall was really nice. Proactively greeted me in English and asked for my breakfast preference.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night. The location is great, everything is clean and cozy, and everything is superb. But the breakfasts are meager. The sausages and ham weren't tasty. We also had boiled eggs, porridge, cereal with milk, and coffee, and they make them there. There's not much choice; I could have eaten better at the store by buying ready-made food. I couldn't check into this hotel. My husband's work plans changed and he simply couldn't go on vacation. My money disappeared. I explained the reason for not checking in twice, but the answer was the same: they didn't confirm the cancellation, and I wrote to customer support. Everyone's situations are different, and you need to somehow communicate with your guests!
The service was good, and it was a nice place to stroll around.

Once I was check in there was an old lady in the reception. She was yelling at me where is the registration paper I said I don’t have it. She was so angry I don’t know why.
