Good hotel. Friendly staff. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby. At the reception you can order tickets to the theater, excursions, taxi. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent restaurant. We recommend the hotel for accommodation.
Good hotel, excellent service and central location. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice, even with red caviar. There is an access to sports center with full size swimming pool. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old fashioned and some rooms facing the river can be noisy due to the traffic outside.
Not a convenient location, it can be very noisy, almost all the furniture is old. So far, this is the only thing that frustrates when visiting this place. But the staff is responsible and friendly. The food is quite tasty, a good selection of drinks. The service is fast.
Your usual Radisson rooms, rugged and renovated last time probably more than twenty years ago. It's okay, you can stay and sleep there. The staff been trying their best but I had troubles sleeping and paying for my stay anyway. Is it really worth the price to live in a hotel with worn towels, creaky doors and walls so thin you can hear your neighbors' breath? Probably not for this price.
Usually stayed at another hotel in the area. Often, up to the card of a dear beloved guest. And then something came across. I just stumbled upon it - a low historical building hidden from the road by trees. And now I don't know what to do... I liked it. My stops are always short, one night, early departure. Therefore, I don’t know anything about breakfasts, changing towels, cleaning rooms, etc...
Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦! The hotel is in the great location right next to a massive beautiful mall (you need to check it out) as well next to the local train station. The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Our favourite part of the stay was the morning breakfast; the food is amazing and the Russian seeet dumplings are my favourite! Not clean! Stained towel! Unpolite staff! Very bad service! I asked for food from the restaurant and received the answer that they have not enough staff. Thus, no room service!

Staffs friendly, house keeping brilliant and the location.
Great location...five minutes stroll from Metro, innumerable places to eat, Arbat St, etc. Wonderful views from our 13th floor room. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water and powerful shower. Helpful reception, fixed our failure to have "registration" from previous day's hotel in St Petersburg.
I don't recommend the hotel in terms of handling, welcome and cleanliness, unsmiling people and staff too, and you feel that you are being raped by them, as if they are the ones who give you money to come to their tourism .. This Russian Soviet-era hotel has a very distinct charm. What's more, guests are treated to a live harp performance during breakfast.
The room size was decent. However, the Wi-Fi signal was terrible and constantly disconnected, and my laptop couldn't even connect. If you get a room facing the street, it's incredibly noisy! The hotel is very old, and the facilities are quite dated. The elevators date back to 1997; they must be well-made to still be operational. The Radisson hotel next door is much better, and the price is similar

The water drainage in the bathroom was bad as it pooled on the floor.However, some of the reception staff are not friendly as when I asked for bottle of water they asked me to go and buy it from the bar even though they have’t bring water to the room!!! Not recommended.
The bathroom was a nightmare! Especially the bath. The hose isn’t convenient. I think this hotel should be 3 stars not 5! 5 stars is an overkill for this hotel. Staying at Holiday Inn would’ve been a much wiser option than this old hotel. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is right in front of the famous Arbat Street, with easy access to two metro stations (the light blue and dark blue lines). We even walked to the Kremlin—it took us about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, strolling down Arbat Street, passing by the Lenin Library, and arriving right near the Kremlin ticket office in the Alexandrovsky Garden.
Location and buffet were good.
There are two metro stations nearby about 5-8 min walking. Money exchange in the hotel is open all the time with good rates. All receptionists were helpful, especially Assam.

Perfect for students travelling. Clean, spacious rooms and clean facilities. There's a communal kitchen too, in case you want store drinks or whatnot.
The location of this hotel is awesome. 4 minute walk to one metro station, 15 to the other, if you need another branch. One thing that they can not exclude this karaoke bar downstairs, which is just zero noise insulation... on the other hand, you can not spending money to sing every night???. A huge plus of this place is clean! In principle, the price is appropriate.
