We lived in a cottage with our own parking place just beside. The cottage was very clean and luxurus. The staff reacted quickly when the water was switched off. The continental breakfast was spartan. The security felt high. We will recommend to live in this cottages.

They rented a house number 3 with a gazebo and barbecue facilities. All is well. There is electricity. In the house stove. There are fuel briquettes. I did not like the fact that the house is almost on the aisle for the locals, who now and then walked.

We lived in a suite, I liked the studio - comfortable furniture, thoughtful lighting and sockets. Freshly renovated, massage jets in the shower. The hotel staff is friendly, cleanliness is good. But only some of the rooms have been renovated. Of the minuses - a meager choice of food in the cafe at the hotel.

Guesthouse for one night. Purely. We had a superior room. Superior because the bed is double. Breakfast without much abundance. A choice of porridge / pasta / scrambled eggs, also instant coffee, tea bags black / green. Drinks are served with a sandwich/casserole. My husband liked the porridge. Not luxury, but everything within.

We (2 bikers) were very nice, the rooms are newly and nicely renovated, Wi-Fi was available and the bikes were able to be directly in front of the Reception parked (including video monitoring). A very good Restaurant is located in a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast offers everything what it takes. We would immediately stay again at the Hotel Belomorje.

Double rooms for 1 bathroom, there is a separate kitchen on the 4th floor with microwave, kettle and stove. The rooms have a built-in natural refrigerator under the window sill, where you can store food in winter, there is a TV. Breakfast in the dining room from 8 to 11. The hotel is clean, cosmetic repairs, electric heating in the rooms, wooden windows are old, but generally warm.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are decent in terms of price / quality ratio. There are problems with heating (frequent shutdowns at night, in the morning you just freeze to the bone). Additional heating devices, in such a case, are available only at the reception. Residents are not allowed!

The hotel is undergoing renovation of rooms, everything is very good in the renovated rooms, one can see the desire to make a super hotel. I guess the place where the breakfast is held is temporary, but at the moment it needs to be done so that there is no smell from the food on the floor adjacent to the kitchen. An ordinary business hotel, there is no shower in the junior suites, but if you are lucky with the suite, then everything is fine there as in the standard in normal hotels. Catering arrangements have shaken a bit. The staff is adequate.

I've been to Kirovsk many times both for vacation and business and stayed at 4 different hotels. Khibiny (2004, 2008, 2011), Ekos (2005), Severnaya (2006) and Gornitsa (2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011). Gornitsa became my favorite after the first visit in 2007. We contacted them via their English contact form on the website and got a fast reply confirming our booking. Gornitsa is a quiet and cosy hotel, not a luxury one, more home-like. Very nice staff, they've been helpful and service-minded. The café is totally ok. Easy and cheap to get a taxi to the slopes, they helped me with that in the reception. Walking distance from the centre and the bowling, the food store is just around the corner. Generally Kirovsk is a good place for downhill skiing and free ride.

Stayed in a junior suite. The rooms are good. Braziers, near warm houses, near the skating rink (there are skates for rent). The only but significant minus is only one dining room on the 1st floor. If several companies are going, it can be stressful.

The place is stunning! Couldn't imagine a better room. But take note: food needs to either be ordered in advance or brought yourself. The staff helped us out in the end but for the price I'd expect more than a concession that guests need to be fed. Overall amazing place, if a bit rough around the edges.

Location is perfect for Aurora. My family and I stayed there for 2 nights in Igloo no9 and no10. We could see the Aurora outside the igloos on our last morning about 4-5 am. so excited. The hotel staffs were so nice and kind. On the Check-out day, They allowed us to use the cafeteria before it opened 1 hour.

There was nothing I liked about this place.

The location and igloo accommodations are highly appealing. The staff, particularly Vladimir, our driver, and Alice, our receptionist, provided exceptional service.
