We spent two nights here on August 5-6, 2021 with a group. The bathroom was noticeably dirty upon check-in (it was about 20 pm, the administrator apologized, hastily washed herself with bleach, said that the maid had forgotten to clean), towels with suspicious stains, cups with divorces. It was cold in the room, they turned on the heater that was available there, the room did not warm up all night, only by the next evening. There are BIG PROBLEMS with hot water here, it is here from the boiler, it ends quickly, at rush hours in the morning and in the evening ice-cold water gushes from the tap and heats up very slowly. You can wash normally only in the afternoon and early in the morning. Weifai on the third floor does not pull at all, he is constantly chopped off.
Pros: convenient location, pleasant mattresses, warm blankets, a completely edible breakfast, a beautiful view from the window, a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. For a couple of nights, it will be fine to stretch out with a stretch, I do not advise you to rest here.

A good hotel with disadvantages that spoil everything.
Lunch and dinner can be ordered at the hotel. But you can order it only for breakfast, i.e. if you came to check-in at 14, and even earlier, then you will not order anything.
You can hand over the laundry for washing, but only while the maid is still there (and this is up to 15), i.e. after a gurney, washing will not work.
You can dry things in a special drying room on the basement floor (as it is written in the hotel lobby), only the administrator has no idea where this room is, apparently it's some kind of secret room.
Early check-in is possible if the room is free, but it will cost 150 rubles / hour, which, to be honest, is a little strange, when you arrive at 12, the room is ready, it’s empty and you pay 300 rubles, it’s not entirely clear for what.
By the way, the room is very good, there is a refrigerator and a kettle (there is really no tea). By the way, if you need another pillow or blanket, then this is also paid.
