Very good service and cozy place. Very near location of town ski resort. Visa registration works without any problems.
For those who came to ski/snowboard or just walk the hills, breathe the clean mountain air is a wonderful option. In-room heat, not blowing, the water is a comfortable temperature
Nice hotel, decent rooms, very good breakfast and the most helpful staff. The sauna and washing of clothes are simply a must. I have never met such low prices.

Finally, shave out the old dishes and bought new ones, but, unfortunately, with so many tenants and the inability to eat in the city cafes in the evening, there is not enough dishes for everyone who wants to cook
Plus, some guests cook something and take the pots with them. Therefore, the owners of the Sport should buy a couple more sets of dishes, boards, knives and forks (which I did not find in the kitchen at all)
Excellent, considering the price-quality criterion. A comfortable hotel, the repair rooms are very good, without repair, too, quite imagined, only the bathroom with the repair is much better

the TV yells at the entire hostel, a noisy drunken company was making noise in the shared kitchen, and it was impossible to sleep in a room. To whom this is not a hindrance, everything else is quite good
Nice hostel. But there are problems with hot water, especially in the evening - instead of hot water comes cold water. Toilet paper and liquid soap are sometimes not available in toilets.
The hostel is quite decent, but for a youth group. Beds are two-tier Ikea, for an adult the second floor is too sloppy. All furniture is new, everything is clean in the room
They did not have time to clean the bathrooms, there was no paper in the morning. It is very noisy, which is very annoying

Cozy small hotel. From the rooms on the second floor there is an excellent view of the mountains, Lake Bolshoy Vudyavr and sunrises. There is a barbershop on the back of the building.

I've been to Kirovsk many times both for vacation and business and stayed at 4 different hotels. Khibiny (2004, 2008, 2011), Ekos (2005), Severnaya (2006) and Gornitsa (2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011)
I'm not a very big fan of billiards but still we played a couple of times as there was a possibility to do that at the hotel. You can meet folks from other countries over a beer or watch a football game with your friends
Taxis are cheap even if you go to the Big Wood slopes on the other side of the mountain facing the city center. There is a tourist company Fortuna Tour that can arrange snow mobile safaris and guided tours for you
The hotel is probably not the cheapest option to stay in Kirovsk but if you are looking for a home-like feeling, smaller hotels with a bit better service then that is exactly what you are looking for
Gornitsa became my favorite after the first visit in 2007. We contacted them via their English contact form on the website and got a fast reply confirming our booking
Gornitsa and Fortuna's staff are very flexible and service-minded. We had to change our plans and they could arrange it for us. We really enjoyed the hotel sauna
