I was in the sauna. Steamed perfectly. Hot water was a little short. Something with a boiler. In general, everything is not bad. We use it often.

Nice hotel, decent rooms, very good breakfast and the most helpful staff.

The sauna and washing of clothes are simply a must. I have never met such low prices.

Favorite hotel in Kirovsk, the staff is polite, rooms are clean, Breakfast buffet with pancakes and scrambled eggs. Of the minuses - the "Soviet" form of corridors, no weak water pressure. Smell of water in the entire city, it's not a bad thing)

The hotel is terrible outside, but cozy inside. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty, but not very diverse. Accommodation prices are frankly too high.

Very good service and cozy place. Very near location of town ski resort. Visa registration works without any problems.

Beautiful hotel. For those who came to ski/snowboard or just walk the hills, breathe the clean mountain air is a wonderful option.
In-room heat, not blowing, the water is a comfortable temperature. The rooms are spacious, bright, conveniently located shower and toilet.
But the main plus was the balcony with views of the mountains! Pink mountain from the sun, the snow sparkles, shines. At night you can see the Northern lights!
A fair choice, in the format of "buffet", this is the choice that everyone will find a dish to taste. Dinner is also good, not the same every day, very tasty and nicely served, I liked it.
On Christmas night dinner included champagne!) And after dinner on the street it was possible to observe the luxurious Northern lights!

The hotel is clean. The staff is great, clean well.
