The entrance of the 9-storey building was converted into a hotel. The rooms are separate apartments. I lived in treshka. For breakfast, a modest choice (porridge, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs).

Everything is good, but the impression is spoiled by the parking lot. To be more precise, the security that monitors it. There are places, but they are for the management. 3-4 places are empty all day. And if you gilded the handle of the guard, then you can take the place of the management. Disgustingly unpleasant. The guards are some people in strange clothes.

The hotel is located at the entrance of a residential building, the rooms are apartments. In principle, everything is fine, but in a Soviet way. But the view from the window is great! If you're lucky, live on the top floor and on the right side. The location is not the best, although you can walk to the center in 20 minutes.

The area is quiet, but there is no soundproofing between the room and the stairwell. Far from the city center, the room is cool, knowingly there is a heater. Of the dishes, only glasses and a decanter. There is no plate.

Good apartment type hotel. The rooms are actually former apartments. But no buffet, of course, but only a rather meager menu. Moreover, none of your wishes on the menu will be taken into account by the staff. Whatever you give, eat. This is a fat minus.
