Even the single rooms are spacious, with great heating and views. I didn't understand why it had such low ratings before, but after staying there, I understand. First, even at reception, very few staff speak English
It's clearly a long-established hotel, renovated and fully equipped. Located in the city center, it's easy to find. All the necessary amenities are there, even two ATMs
The female staff member mentioned in the comments was a rare exception—she spoke English and was kind and proactive. Almost everyone else was indifferent
Environment: It's about 2-3 kilometers from the Alyodo statue and the northernmost McDonald's. Service: The service is acceptable, and luggage storage is available
I was generally satisfied with the hotel, especially the beautiful northern scenery while dining, which was very pleasant and refreshing!
Facilities: Overall, it's a small but well-equipped place. There's a refrigerator, hairdryer, and hand soap, but no tissues. For extended stays, disposable toothbrushes and water weren't provided

Beautiful view silence and swimming pool in door but far to center
Located on the mountain, the rooms tortured, everything smells old, no Breakfast, not even cereal was not. There is a pool and sauna which stays you can walk for free.
I can tell, because it was my dream to Murmansk! The hotel stands on a hill that gives you the opportunity to see the city from above. But the panoramic view is stunning. Room 6 - business class, not bad

The reception staff is kind and helpful, when I need keep my laugage in the hotel for more time because my bus was in the evening, they allowed me stay there that afternoon! The room is clean, I will return to this place again next time, I highly recommend this place to other travelers!

The reception lady is very helpful and warm-hearted.
I stayed different time with different group as a tour guide and ALL of my travel mates enjoyed staying in Good Night hostel. You can access everywhere by walking even in cold winter. or take bus right in front of hostel

全球游客请勿住这个民宿，民宿提示加WhatsApp联系，但俄罗斯本来就用不了whatsapp，好不容易找留学生联系上了，就只会要求你交押金，毫无其他入住指示，而且也没有楼栋指示，当你好不容易找到附近居民告诉你哪座楼后，你还要提行李上5楼，没有电梯，是楼梯上5楼。而且入住过程中，燃气灶无法使用，并且让留学生联系房东，也没有任何使用回复。我们入住3个晚上，最后一个晚上，居然有一个俄罗斯女人上来拍门大吵大闹，我们并不知道发生什么事情。然后第二天下午，当我们乘坐飞机离开摩尔曼的时候，这个房东居然发信息给留学生，说我们破坏了他们的房子，导致楼下被水淹坏了，要求我们赔偿40000卢布。我们作为游客，正常使用房子，没有任何恶意及暴力入住，居然会被说破坏他的房子，还要求赔偿，说不回来赔偿就要报警不给我们出境。现在我们已经离开了俄罗斯，缴纳的押金一直没有收回，我们写下这篇评价，希望提醒大家不要入住这个民宿，...
