4 star hotels in Murmansk

The location in the city center is very convenient. There is a short-haired girl named Katerina at the front desk. She speaks good English and helped me make several phone calls to customers. I would like to commend her.

This is the 52nd city I have visited in Russia in the past 5 years. I have walked the Trans-Siberian Railway from south to north and from east to west, stayed in B&Bs and resorts in Sochi. The overall location of Cosmo is OK, located in the center of Murmansk. Although it is not the center, it is very convenient to go to some places. The facilities are definitely a little old compared to those in China...

The room size is satisfactory. There is a medium-sized supermarket about 600 meters away from the hotel, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the northernmost McDonald's. The supermarket is as shown in the picture.

Hotel towels are not changed every day. There is breakfast on the 2nd floor, which is good for a casual meal. Checked in in the early morning, very smooth. The front desk will give you a list in Chinese, marking the breakfast time and location, gym, laundry room, etc., which is good.

It is considered a relatively good hotel in Murmansk. We stayed in a double suite which was quite large. The price/performance ratio is very high, not inferior to the best hotels in Murmansk.

The bed is very small. It is displayed as a four-star hotel, but in reality it is not even as good as a two-star hotel in China. Many tour groups are very crowded, it is recommended to book other ones early. Average location, hard to find a place to eat

The room is just great to my taste: comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean, even the bathroom and shower area. It's spacious enough for 1 person and also very quiet. Hotel is huge, comfortable. There is an wheelchair lift that can carry our luggages to pass the stairs. Breakfast is variety. The room is not too big, suitable for one night stay.

The room I stayed in had a nice view, two single beds, and the heating was a little insufficient, probably because I didn't know how to turn it on. It was close to the station and the supermarket downstairs. The price might be a little high because I booked it at short notice. The room was about the same as in China, around 200-300. I recommend it. Please compare before placing an order.

Nice place with good price. There was no concierge and for some reason the entrance seemed to have been moved to the side. The rooms are spacious and nice.

Great hotel, great location, comfortable rooms. Of the minuses: there was only one bathrobe in the room, even after contacting the reception, the second bathrobe was not brought. Gorgeous! Pleased with the absence of checkout time, if you rent a room at 5 am for a day, then you live there until 5 am the next day. Great cafe on the ground floor.

This is the indescribable atmosphere of the north !! Very colorful. Squirrels run and, most importantly, quietly and calmly. And the level is at a height! I'm really happy

Fantastic hotel ,good breakfast better dinner. Small warning do not refer to local reindeer farmers as eskimo, Russians do not like it. But highly recommended to go in winter.

Great place to stay outside Murmansk. You can embrace the nature and the wilderness. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes just Ok.

A hidden gems for Murmansk, nice lock homes but not that warm in the room (outside -20c) the water system is from underground so it’s a bit difficult to wash your hand without water splash everywhere. But overall the stay was great. The hotel is very helpful on the issue that I’ve lose my immigration paper. The first day we arrived the food was not good. But the day after the food was so great.
