Please take this review to improve your services, not at criticism. No value for money, no tea of coffee in room, no basic amenities like 4 star, no proper WiFi, no cleanliness. Nice small hotel and very convenient! Location is near Murmansk Mall (15 minutes walk) and easy to go to the centre of Murmansk City (20 mknutes walk). The room is enough for solo also couple to travel together. Have kitchen that you can use with all the utensils you can borrow (microwave, plate, coffee maker, dispenser water, etc). I do not recommend renting rooms in the hostel, the rooms are 6 meters, without windows, but not expensive.
