July 10, 2017, on the day of our stay, this hotel was attacked by unknown, rashpilevsky in the entire building with nerve gas.
We, being on the 4th floor, began to choke. In this case, none of the staff did not warn guests about the situation (it started doing after about 10 minutes). And there lived a family with small children!
After living for one night of two, we Packed up and left quickly.

My husband and I often visit this hotel, liked everything other than the horrible mattresses, and recently noticed that administrators cheat all the time with the payment of namerow. Very frustrating, will have to find a new hotel. And fees at hourly rate are not clear, so why make a fool of.

Very poor soundproofing. There is no elevator in the hotel and you have to climb to the fourth floor by a steep spiral staircase, which is rather problematic with a child and with things. Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, no warm blanket in the room. Dirty bathroom, worn fittings. The refrigerator turned on and off all night with a terrible roar. Family stayed at this hotel twice in July 2020 We loved it. Reservation without prepayment. Clean, tidy. You can sleep well. The mattresses are good, not sagging. The staff are friendly and welcoming. In the morning they won't let you go without breakfast. The place is quiet and close to the beautiful waterfront. There is a place to park the car.
