The security guard named "Aleksei" is a major bully.
He almost became violent when we were fooling around outside of the hotel.
Then he snatched the passport of my friend out of her hand, refusing to give it back. He claimed that visitors after 11:00 need to have their passport photocopied. This is unheard of for me, and i stayed in many hotels in my life. It was very obvious that he only wanted to intimidate us to show his power.
I think the police didn't accept him so now he acts like he is god in this hotel.
Everything else was super lovely. But it only takes one horrible experience to ruin the whole stay.
If this hotel wishes to retain any integrity, this man needs to be fired.
