Excellent hotel! Near the embankment, all attractions are within walking distance, near the center where there are also many monuments. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, buffet breakfasts, imported dinners. Tasty. The rooms are clean. The room has a hairdryer, three towels for each, gel and shampoo, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer. Cleaning was done every day. Parking in front of the hotel, video surveillance. Thanks to Marina and Yulia for the service. Special thanks to the maids for their hard work.

Staying in this hotel several times a month, for 1.5 years. I have never regretted. The breakfasts are delicious, plumbing is good, the staff pleasant. The place is super. I have a discount, for which many thanks.
A very good hotel. Ideally located, very comfortable, decent prices, you can order a room with meals. Responsive staff, always help and prompt. Thank you very much for the comfort you create for your guests. I have come to Samara 4 times and stay here at the Westrum Hotel.
It was a mistake to book a room at this hotel. We arrived after booking confirmation. There is no parking. At the reception, I was asked to cancel a reservation for 4 people with breakfast, they said the price would not change, but the room would supposedly be better, in the booking there were some overlays and we would not be able to settle on a confirmed reservation. I had to leave immediately, but it was by nightfall, the road was difficult and I just wanted to go to bed, agreed. As a result, we got a room with an unpleasant smell (from the carpet it looks like) and ........ for the disabled, there was miraculously no breakfasts for two, you had to pay extra for them, but after payment in the morning, another breakfast was also lost. That is, a reservation for 4 with breakfast turned into a room for disabled people with breakfast for one ... The first time I meet this, they settle everyone, feed one. When asked at the reception if we had enough two towels for everyone, we had to run from there. The worst hotel I have ever visited.
