This is a complete n # here! Stayed at the hotel for one night. For a double room they paid 2950 rubles. Everything was fine at first. We washed, ate, lay down on the sofa ... and saw a bug crawling towards us. To say that we are ok is to say that we are ok. We called the staff, demanded that they immediately go up to the room. We walked for about 10 minutes. We caught the bug and put a transparent glass over it, like a dock thing. A woman who came to us with a smirk on her face said that "This has never happened before." We were resettled. We wanted to spend the night here, but we didn't want to sleep at all ...
Plus they've got a lot of spiders. Arachnophobes just catch a stroke here.

Dear administration, you have 3 stars, an expensive restaurant and an embankment are next to you, you take a lot of money. Work hard and check your rooms for compliance with elementary sanitary safety standards, because bedbugs carry infectious diseases, and in general, sleeping with blood-sucking insects is a little unpleasant. Have a conscience, not guests!

I came here for the World Cup. The hotel did not disclosed that the single rooms have no air conditioning, so if you come during summer, expect your night to be really hot. Rooms were average looking.
