On the downside, there's nothing for children. Yes, it's a business hotel, but any business has children. I stayed with two children, and it's good that the room is 72 square meters and has three rooms, so the kids at least got some time to run around, including the quiet, long hallways. They helped out at the pool, providing us with a small selection of life preservers and equipment. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression.

I was on a business trip at the end of April 2021. The hotel was good; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. The fitness center was standard, but the pool water was heavily chlorinated. The sauna was excellent. It was clean. The only downside was the rusty tap water.

Excellent hotel! Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and all requests were fulfilled promptly. It has its own pool and sauna. Despite the May holidays, the hotel was not very busy, so no one was disturbing us; in fact, my family and I swam in the pool alone. The breakfasts were very varied and delicious. Private parking is available behind the hotel for 150 rubles per day. I highly recommend this hotel.

- The TV did not work, the dustbins had no bags in them, the room was apprently not ready or was not checked before occupency.

Everything is on the level. Honest 4 stars. The breakfast is one of the best. There were problems with the shower, but not critical. Convenient location. The view from the window is beyond praise.

Overall a good hotel with trying staff. Water supply is awful. Water temp fluctuates from cold to scathing hot within 10 seconds and back. Great upgrade, free ambassador breakfast is plentiful if a bit slow. Very clean room, great service: extended checkout till 8 pm.

The Renaissance Samara Hotel is 18 years old. It's been through a lot during this time, but with the arrival of Natalia Gorkina and her team, the hotel is experiencing a true renaissance (pun intended). "Engineering the Future" held a five-day strategic session at the hotel. One hundred and thirty people from all over Russia lived, ate, worked, debated, and slept here. During this time, the hotel has become our second home, cozy and warm. How can one describe the Renaissance? Cleanliness, large, comfortable rooms, timely and discreet service. A complete understanding of guests' needs and a willingness to accommodate their schedules (and our guests were creative, distinguished, and had complex preferences). The cuisine is superb, catering to every taste and color. Numerous comfortable meeting rooms are available (there was room for each of our 13 teams). We didn't notice any drawbacks. But there are plenty of advantages. The best place for large-scale business events! Thank you for your understanding, expertise, and hospitality! We're sure we'll be back! How could we not return to a place that's so great?

Very pleasant, clean, provide Slippers, bathrobes, large swimming pool, sauna. Provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Breakfast in the morning. Comfortable bed.
