Reviews
I paid for a premium double room but the electricity didn't work in there, so they gave me a much smaller and street-facing room. No sound-proof measure and you hear loud noise from the street all night long. The funiture in the room are crappy that handles all fell apart. I went to the reception wondering if they could compensate as I didn't get what I paid for. They refused in an aweful manner saying that I agreed to pay that amount and there was nothing they could do. I agreed to pay for a better room but ended up in a much awful room. Then I asked for a receipt, they refused to give me and threatened to call police. I've reported this to local newspaper, and media and also consumer right organizations already and hope more people avoid this hotel.
