Great value for a boutique hotel with nice location, friendly and helpful staff, and historic furnishings. Very clean and a perfect place to arrive to after a very long day of flying.

Nice hotel for a good price in a good location.

Matress was a little uneven and it seems like it is the same breakfast that is served everyday.

My first time in Pristina and Hotel Begolli was the perfect base. The city feels safe, clean, and welcoming, with a lively pedestrian avenue nearby. The room was spotless, plenty of hot water, and a lovely balcony to relax on. Breakfast was excellent (with the best coffee!), and the staff were outstanding — even making me a fresh coffee at 6am before breakfast opened. A real gem in Pristina — highly recommended.

I spent 2 nights here, reception staff very good and helpful. The lift was efficient and reliable. 5he room I had was ok, there were 2 bedside lamps both didn't work. There were no electric sockets you could use , the only place I could charge my was in the bathroom. I like a hard, firm bed , and it might not suit others. There was air conditioning, which worked well , and the windows wouldn't close properly, which defeated the object of having AC. One towel was provided, which had seen better days. The shower had good strong pressure, plenty of hot water. Poor lighting needs a light in the centre of the ceiling rather than just on the side of the walls. I enjoyed the breakfast, a very tasty omelette, and excellent coffee. It's a 10-minute walk to the city centre, traffic can be pretty heavy, use the crossings. There are 2 supermarkets minutes from the hotel.

Location is good but rooms are insufficient
The hotel is located close to the center, the breakfast was enough to fill your stomach. The air conditioning and WiFi were working well. But there was nothing in the room. There were no slippers, drinking water, tea, cups, laundry bags, nothing. There was only 1 water glass and a kettle. Even though I used that glass, it was not changed when it was room cleaned. It was very mediocre for a 4-star hotel.

Had a wonderful experience. They arranged a pick up from the airport, gave me local tips and made a beautiful breakfast each day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We stayed two nights....Wonderful Hotel, nice and comfortable rooms,the bed is so comfortable which is important for me....friendly staff and great location.. .we loved everything about this hotel....we will definitely be back again

You would not expect a small and cute hotel in the middle of the busy side streets of Pristina in Kosovo to be so luxurious and spacious on the inside. It might not have a pool or spa, but it is so comfortable and clean and the staff is fabulous and helpful at literally all hours! Enis took particular care of us and our car during our stay. He even noticed which foods we preferred at breakfast and went out of his way to provide them daily. The rooms were spacious with a lbice view and balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel. There was nothing we could have disliked about the property. Everything was great, including the location since it was walking distance from all the sights. In fact, the hair dresser close to the hotel was super lovely too, and there was a supermarket across the street which was very convenient. Furthermore, Enis gave us some excellent advise on restaurants to try and even booked them for us in advance since it was a busy time due to the Festival with singers like Dua Lipa in town.

What a pleasant surprise, particularly after some of the very rustic accommodation we’ve had across Albania and North Montenegro . A lovely , huge, brand new room with a gorgeous big bathroom, luxurious thick towels and attractive decor. I don’t know if all the rooms are like this but it was so nice to have a completely comfortable room. It even had a kettle and breakfast was charmingly served individually My only hint to the hotel is: provide a little milk for westerners who like a white tea in their room- no one wants to buy a litre of milk when they need two centimeters in a jug And also use enough curtain material to make the room dark - I note the curtains tend to be a bit too short to cover the windows Well recommended
