The hotel staff is very courteous , the rooms were clean and nice enough. Breakfast was good. The prices for meals and spirits you can't beat. The location is not so great, right next to the airport. You can rent a car from the hotel for 30-40 euros a day. Only 1 english channel.

Lovely hotel, staff where extremely friendly and very welcoming, the pool area was really well presented, my only down side is maybe the rooms could do with a little update bringing upto 2026 standard, but none the less was a very comfortable stay. I personally would stay here again if we ever visit again.

The location is excellent, very close to the bus terminal. I arrived in Pristina in the middle of the night, so I walked there. The room was very clean and convenient. It would be even better if they had more breakfast options.

We stayed one night. The parking is a controlled underground garage so we could leave some luggage in our car without fear of it being stolen. Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extemely helpful and friendly.

nice new modern hotel but too far away from pristina downtown. the staff were friendly but seemed unfamiliarh dealing with guests. the pool area was nice, but the gym was of low quality. the breakfast was average. I dont think I would stay her again.

Only 15 walk from the centre of Pristina, i cannot find any faults with my stay at the hotel. I was able to get boarding cards printed and taxis arranged whenever i needed one. I would definitely use this hotel again

We had a short stay but the staff is very friendly and flexible. The toilet was totally small, you could not even sit right. But they have a beautiful courtyard with comfortable chairs and very beautiful flowers, where we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny morning. The breakfast was included and it was very good.

This hotel came through for me in a crunch when my reservations at another hotel in the city fell through. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The water was hot, the wifi good, and breakfast was delicious. The location is alright, just a short walk to the center, and a short cab to the bus station or wherever you might need to go.

Very nice Hotel in centre of Pristina. The place is clean but what needs to be highlighted is the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Amazing. The morning we left we got fantastic service from the night portie, so helpful and ensuring that the guest felt serviced.

The room was beautiful, very unexpected for this price. However the refrigerator didn't work and the shower was missing the glass door so water got all over the floor while showering. But again, for this price it was an amazing room and value.

We encountered a few incidents with this property but they were quickly addressed. We got unlucky with the air conditioning that stopped working but otherwise the owner was extremely friendly and reasonable.

2 Nights Stay Room was specious but the bathroom was covered by glass. Also, carpet was smelling very bad. But the bed was comfortable and also breakfast was good.

Great place for dinner or a drink. Menu is a bit difficult to decipher for an English speaker but food is excellent. The flavors of Kosovo stand out. Staff is helpful and friendly. Beer selection is good for this area. Music on the sound system is fantastic! I would like to know where they get it. Location is not ideal but worth finding.

We were visiting family in Pristina and they took us there. Their favorite became ours. Pinocchio restaurant will not disappoint!

2-3 Star hotel bit tear and wear and need renovation. They offering a good breakfast and the star of this facility is definitely the Italian Restaurant which is quite nice.

The service and the food is excellent. It feels very cozy at the restaurant and I enjoyed in every meal plus their service is on the highest level. The room that I was staying was very spacious and I enjoyed in the pool after work. It was really feeling like home especially after hard working day. The restaurant is also good for romantic or family dinner and it has view of the city.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a month. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. They offer a fresh and fulfilling breakfast with nice dinner options. The hotel sits in a unique location overlooking the newer city lights. My only complaint is the internet was very unreliable. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and city. I had only intended to stay at Hostel Han for 4 nights but ended up staying for 10. That, in itself, should say something about the comfort, hospitality and convenience of the place. This is in a somewhat dilapidated building on the 4th floor. The lift is sadly broken and doubt it will be working anytime soon. Luckily inside it's a lot better. The rooms are eh roomy; my room has 2 sofas to sit on. Each bed has curtains and a socket for charging. There are 2 bathrooms for each gender but the shower is broke in the mixed toilet, that needs to be fixed. Staff are mainly volunteers...

The staff is quite friendly, but the bedlinen smelled strongly of cigarettes. The bathrooms were not so clean. The elevator in the building was broken, so you will have to use the stairs (4 floors) which is quite inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

It's a very comfortable place. Perfect for students and group of friends. Beside the comfort of the hostel, also its position is perfect. It is situated at the center of Pristina promenade.
