The hotel staff is very courteous , the rooms were clean and nice enough. Breakfast was good. The prices for meals and spirits you can't beat. The location is not so great, right next to the airport. You can rent a car from the hotel for 30-40 euros a day. Only 1 english channel.

Beautiful hotel about 15mins drive to the centre of Prishtina. The room was big and had all the luxury amenities you required through the stay. The food & beverage offering was outstanding, with breakfast a massive spread of dishes hot and cold. We are staying at the hotel now and chose it due to the swimming pool. It is a nice hotel but not 5 star standard. We had a short stay but the staff is very friendly and flexible. The toilet was totally small, you could not even sit right. But they have a beautiful courtyard with comfortable chairs and very beautiful flowers, where we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny morning. The breakfast was included and it was very good.

This hotel came through for me in a crunch when my reservations at another hotel in the city fell through. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The water was hot, the wifi good, and breakfast was delicious. The location is alright, just a short walk to the center, and a short cab to the bus station or wherever you might need to go.

Very nice Hotel in centre of Pristina. The place is clean but what needs to be highlighted is the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Amazing. The morning we left we got fantastic service from the night portie, so helpful and ensuring that the guest felt serviced.

The room was beautiful, very unexpected for this price. However the refrigerator didn't work and the shower was missing the glass door so water got all over the floor while showering. But again, for this price it was an amazing room and value.

We encountered a few incidents with this property but they were quickly addressed. We got unlucky with the air conditioning that stopped working but otherwise the owner was extremely friendly and reasonable.

2 Nights Stay Room was specious but the bathroom was covered by glass. Also, carpet was smelling very bad. But the bed was comfortable and also breakfast was good.

The receptionist were not very helpful. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. Location is central, a walking distance to the main sights. Rooms are not massive, but the bed was comfortable, shower spacious and if you are lucky, you can get a balcony. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and service great all around. A very centrally located hotel, where the city center is right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were large. The hotel service, such as laundry, was done super fast with highest priority. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful option for Pristina! The hotel is well placed for any visit to Pristina. Spacious clean rooms with great service. There are no many good hotels in Pristina so this one is considered to be a good one. And still is a 3 star hotel. Location was a bit complicated to find by car. Rooms are clean, somehow furnished. Food is not really good - simple salads or yogurts for breakfast..

I very much enjoyed my stay in this family run business. The owner was very helpful with information in regards to local attractions. The location itself is perfect. Everything in the city can easily be reached by a short walk. The WiFi is strong and the towels soft. I couldn't make the hot water work but stayed in summer when it was very hot anyways.

It's everything you could want really, super comfortable beds, clean and bright rooms. We slept so well and it was so quiet at night. The staff were brilliantly friendly and helpful. A great trip!
