My parents paid for the hotel’s parking package for travelers, which is supposed to include hotel - airport - hotel transportation. However, when they returned in the morning, they ended up waiting outside in freezing temperatures for over an hour. At first, the driver didn’t answer the phone at all. After numerous calls and messages, he finally responded and claimed there was “traffic,” which honestly didn’t match what was happening, since the hotel is very close to the airport. Regardless, leaving paying customers (especially elderly people) stranded outside for that long in freezing temperatures is unacceptable. I really hope the management improves how this service is organized and handled. With this kind of treatment toward guests who paid in advance, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The tap in the room was broken, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. The check-in process took an extremely long time, and we were made to wait without even being offered a glass of water. The room was freezing cold, and the air conditioner was very noisy, making it difficult to rest or sleep. Overall, the service and comfort were far below expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.

Close to airport and easy in and out access. Good for late night travelers coming or going.

Great staff,they always try too accommodate guests.

But the bed was the worst bed ever ,wifi doesn’t work on 2nd floor.

The food was OK to the restaurant but the server has an attitude like he doesn’t pit a costumer experience at all.

Staff ok,server not good at all,wifi not working and the bedroom not comfortable,book on your own judgement.

Hotel is close to Pristina Airport and serves pretty good food and breakfast.

I noticed that the area below the window had been water damaged, I told the staff and they didn't really seem to care much. There is also some scrap laying around behind the hotel, visible from the window facing the airport, someone should probably clean that up. The hotel would benefit from some love and care put into it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a stay. Another great advantage is its close proximity to the airport, which made my travel plans much easier. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely come back!

Hotel in good location to airport but thats all thats good, hotel ignores request about room condition, noise from main road is bad, asked for quiet room was ignored. Free shuttle only available on request, and they expected to be asked day before. I was only there overnight so thats not feasible; their solution was to a taxi at my cost. Breakfast was mediocre at best, empty dishes not collected, poor selection

The hotel is literally just a stone's throw from the airport. Despite its location and the incredibly easy shuttle (which doesn't even cost anything), I wouldn't want to spend a long time there. The windows aren't particularly soundproof, and given its location on the main road, you should definitely request a room at the back when checking in. The room and bathroom were quite clean! The breakfast was so-so. But the value for money is good!

The hotel is right next to the airport, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. There is an airport shuttle bus, which is suitable for passengers with early and late flights to stay. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the hygiene is good.
