My stay at Hotel Royal in Prishtina was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms are very clean and with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the swimming pool which is free of charge. Great location and a plenty of parking places. I highly recommend Hotel Royal in Prishtina.

Awful hotel with poor attitude and services , from the main staff ladies in reception...they charged me double for drinks, my boyfriend paid it and when he left , and they asked me to pay for drinks again 😒!!.when I wanted to pay she asked me to have my card...I said I am not giving my card I can pay myself andnshe gets ungry and said to me ....poor England to have you there which its ruse from this hotel to say something to their costumer and also she said me ...you are not welcomen 🤦‍♀️.....I said i am not coming you are to down of many hotels in Prishtina. SAUNA was cold nothing how it looks in photo and doesn't work all the time, you should ask them to put it on 😌 ....cheap hotel deserves 1 star

Nice hotel ..
There is plenty other options in pristina .. and hotels are more expensive then anywhere in Europe. There are also nice smaller hotels wich cost less with the same Evan better service and rooms. You don't need a car in pristina ,it is a smal smal city with plenty taxi company's over app to book .from airport you can take public transportation to the city center.

Hotel used to look much, much better in its past, before it was stolen by shiptars. Now they ruined its interior, it's awful, stucked in '90. Service was awful when i stayed, just because i am from Montenegro they didn't even bother to come and clean the room, but that's their 'well known hospitality'. People, pls, never go to this hotel, it's not worth it.

Great staff especially the girl ELNORA she helped us a lot but the one thing that was bad is that light in pool were not working
