Rooms are not massive, but the bed was comfortable, shower spacious and if you are lucky, you can get a balcony. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and service great all around. Gym not that large, but well equipped

We had the pleasure of getting the whole area to ourselves twice, early morning and late afternoon, but it can get busy there. All in all, a great experience. No wonder this seems to be THE hotel in Prishtina!

Room was somewhat dated, windows not entirely noise blocking, subpar coffee in the room but otherwise very clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good and catered for dietary requirements

Meal at the restaurant was also good though on a pricier side. Opening hours of the hair salon not convenient which is a pity as I couldn't use the service

We didn't try any treatments, but there are several saunas, a hammam, hot tub and a lovely pool

The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The breakfast was complete with sweet and savory options. It's very convenient for visiting the city center and the nearby mosques

I am staying at this hotel for 51 nights, I am on day 6 and so far the staff has been nothing but excellent and welcoming! Wonderful service day and night, all needs are met as quickly as possible (best example: I asked for shoe polish one morning - which they didn't have at that moment - and when I returned from work later that day they got it for me - all brand new, fresh from the store!) We chose it precisely for its location; it was easy to book by calling directly

Spent 2 nights there, the location is really close to the historical center of Prishtina. Rooms are OK, functional, good beds. Nice breakfast and very good reception service but a very small and slow lift

Gym broken and basically useless, people are ok friendly but not very flexible. Rooms are clean and big. Location ist central, conference rooms are not really nice.

Clean environment had a roof top restaurant with good options. Fantastic view of the city especially at sunset at nighttime

Cozy place perfect view to see all Prishtina from rooftop. For business meeting and food is very well staff is always smiling. They have nice location in middle of center heart to Prishtina

Staff will take care of you in best possible way, rooms are great, food is splendid, the bar with it´s huge TV is a real hangout place

Very nice Hotel in centre of Pristina. The place is clean but what needs to be highlighted is the kindness and friendliness of the staff

We encountered a few incidents with this property but they were quickly addressed. We got unlucky with the air conditioning that stopped working but otherwise the owner was extremely friendly and reasonable.

2 Nights Stay Room was specious but the bathroom was covered by glass. Also, carpet was smelling very bad. But the bed was comfortable and also breakfast was good.

The room was beautiful, very unexpected for this price. However the refrigerator didn't work and the shower was missing the glass door so water got all over the floor while showering

The receptionist were not very helpful. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days

But again, for this price it was an amazing room and value

the location is close to the center and they call you taxis too!

The bathroom is poor - you shower in the toilet space, with just the hole in the floor to drain away water, but the water remains for quite some time so if you need to do anything else in the bathroom you get wet feet)

The Hotel has definitely too many stars for what it gives. The room didnt really loon like the pictures. The old and red window curtains gave the room a dark and weird look. Their was only one half toilet role

Good hotel in the center of Pristina. Nice and clean room with air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing really to complain about except the fitness center that definitely needs a make over

Good hotel with friendly staff, free wi-fi and a nice laid-back, non-chain hotel attitude. Only downside is the location, too far to walk to the centre of town but you can get a taxi for just €2.

The breakfast is good with a wide choice and the staff are very polite and helpful. Good location not too far from city centre in a quiet street

The whole hotel its renovated from the beginning. I stayed for a night and the conditions were perfect, everything clean, perfect, very warm, with sauna, gym and you could attend the swimming pool during all the time

The room that I was staying was very spacious and I enjoyed in the pool after work. It was really feeling like home especially after hard working day

Pinocchio has great food and fantastic views of the city from the deck. The bread with dips is delicious and the filet is always cooked perfectly.

We were visiting family in Pristina and they took us there. Their favorite became ours. Pinocchio restaurant will not disappoint!

The first time we went there, their presidential suite was free so they were so kind and gave it to us for the price of a lower accommodation! I definitely recommend going there!

The staff is excellent and speaks more than decent English. The waiters at the restaurant are professional and polite. The size of the rooms are average, but the bathroom (especially the walk-in shower) is humongous

Truly one of the best restaurants in the city. Amazing, delicious and huge portions for ridiculously cheap. Overall I can only recommend this facility, you'll have a wonderful time here!

There are no many good hotels in Pristina so this one is considered to be a good one. Location was a bit complicated to find by car. Rooms are clean, somehow furnished

Food is not really good - simple salads or yogurts for breakfast

Clean, quiet hotel, with slow WiFi but WiFi none the less.

There is a shop very close, but be warned while absolutely no concerns walking around Pristina I would say it's quite a confusing street lay out and maybe better to just get a taxi (very cheap) and get to the main square and go from there

The only wrong about that hotel is that we stayed only for one night .Our room was at the 6th floor and the view of Pristina was amazing!

I found Pristina a crazy and chaotic city, but not necessarily in a bad way! This hotel was ridiculously cheap and I was trying to stay in a decent hotel, but they were just the prices (under €40 for one night) so I went for this hotel

Very nice reception area and my room was nicely decorated. My shower was a little annoying, but it was not too bad for a short stay. Breakfast was a bit of an odd set up, but it was fine

Pristina is odd, but interesting I'll say and go visit the rescued bears (Four Paws International) as that is not too far. I was pleased with this hotel

Otherwise, it was worth the pay, regardless of the somewhat aloof location, mostly due to the hilly landscape separating from the central part of the town. A bonus is a great fish restaurant close nearby

Only 15 walk from the centre of Pristina, i cannot find any faults with my stay at the hotel. I was able to get boarding cards printed and taxis arranged whenever i needed one. I would definitely use this hotel again

Rooms were ok, not very well cleaned. Service at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, the location for the short visit is too far away from the center.

Affordable and friendly, rarely crowded, which happened to be the case on the first day of my stay. On the second, when the crowd was gone, it was possible to change into a non-smoking room with a huge bed

The breakfast is delicious and you have the chance to have it prepared as you wish. The internet connection is satisfactory. If you are bored in the evenings or any time, you can have a nice chat with the employees

They can help you unlimitedly about the city, the country or any subject, they are very polite and helpful. Moreover, they can speak many languages, there is no possibility of not getting along

I was very pleasantly surprised 👍 Stayed here for two nights on a City visit. The hotel arranged me a taxi from the airport which worked perfectly fine. The room was very spacious and clean

It even had a large balcony and very stable and fast wifi. Breakfast was also good and the hotel is only a 10 minutes walk from the main street. All in all a good stay with friendly staff

The location was good and the host great with giving us nice insight on the country as well as place to visit. The neighbourhood has a nice museum to visit and it was all walking distance from the city center.

The best hotel in Kosovo! Antigona is soooo nice and kind. She is taking care of guests as if they were from family! If I'll ever come back I will definitely stay in Town! Kisses and FALEMINDERIT!

But they have a beautiful courtyard with comfortable chairs and very beautiful flowers, where we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny morning. The breakfast was included and it was very good

Good rooms, nice downstairs terrace. Wifi doesn't always work and dry cleaning is not included in your stay (possible, but additional fee).
