Wow, this is swanky! The spa is amazing. Located right on the main strip. Had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the sushi was very good as well

A gorgeous old style hotel, luxurious to say by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed at to date. The having secure parking and the buffet breakfast had plenty to support all tastes. The spa/ pool areas were lower ground

I had a short but pleasant stay in the hotel. It is right in the middle of the pedestrian street, which means you need to go through some traffic to reach it, but then it's great for exploring the center area

Rooms are of a good size and heavily furnished. I didn't get a chance to use the spa, but the staff were very polite and also parked the car for me. I expected a bit more from such a place - overall great experience

The spa is AMAZING, with a heated pool, multiple saunas, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and a resting area, and everything is opened until 23:00 ! Special shoutout to manager Gili who was so kind

The gym is small of a small size but enough for the amount of people who use it : 2 treadmills of newest generation, a few other machines, weights etc

I have been staying at the Emerald Hotel on and off for at least seven to eight years, and I’ve never had an issue with the property. I continue to rate my overall experience as excellent

My comment here is more of an observation than a complaint. Since the spa opens at 08:00, one would expect everything to be ready for use at that time, sauna warmed up, amenities prepared, and the area fully set

An expectation also 5 star experience just outside the city center. The nightlight of the stay was definitely the spa and pool facilities the indoor pool and saunas are world class and very well maintained.

However, on several occasions, the pool still had the cleaning snake operating and plugged in, and the sauna had not yet been turned on. In my opinion, the spa should be fully prepared before guests arrive

This seems like an easy fix—simply have someone come in a bit earlier to ensure the facilities are ready right at opening time. Ideally, preparations should begin around 07:00 so everything is ready for use by 08:00

The rooms are compact but well-equipped. The hotel has a very good restaurant, which is a local hotspot. It's popular with locals at night and has a club-like atmosphere

This hotel has a stunning interior. The front reception staff was friendly and she was very helpful. It was tasty and the prices are very good

Lovely hotel, staff where extremely friendly and very welcoming, the pool area was really well presented, my only down side is maybe the rooms could do with a little update bringing upto 2026 standard, but none the less was a very comfortable stay

I’m so impressed with my stay at the Garden Hotel in Kosovo. The hotel is very beautiful with lovely decor especially at Christmas time. It is good location near to the downtown centre, shops and Christmas markets

The breakfast bar was exceptional, a true range of typical Kosovar foods and flavors. Also, some of us walked 500m to the nearby (500m) Albi Market to shop for some small needs

The room is big, cost-effective, the staff is very good, I arrived at nearly 12 o'clock that night, and the check-in was very fast.

Top hotel. Excellent breakfast, very comfy beds, nice rooms, very close to bus station. City center at walking distance but you need to take the pedestrian tunnel under the highway.

Additionally, the bus station and city center are conveniently located within walking distance of the property. The free breakfast was excellent and always fresh

Everything was good except that there was hair in the toilet which I noticed upon check in, very delicious coffee !

The restaurant bar offers a fantastic variety of food and an impressive selection of wines. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the wines they served. The facility is spotlessly clean, bright, and inviting

But truly, I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value in Pristina, since it is only a 15 minute walk or so from everything near the downtown area! Special shoutout to the manager at the front desk! Great guy

The front desk guy was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed talking to him when we checked in. The room was large and clean and everything worked well, including the lights and the bathroom facilities

Honestly the only downside was the location, which is a bit outside the center of the city, in a rather shady area filled with massage parlors

A decent small hotel not far from city centre. Pleasant staff and good, clean rooms. Sounds of nature, birdsong, wakes you, which is very refreshing

Two girls on a fun trip My cousin and I stayed at Golden Hotel with Kristi Sinatra for an entire week, and our experience was excellent

Not so refreshing is the proximity to a main route into town and near a hospital, so traffic and sirens audible

The receptionist seemed busy and didn't provide us with the Wi-Fi password or the safe code, nor did she mention anything about breakfast. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The Wi-Fi password is 'Goldenhotel'

The hotel is well-located and the breakfast is very extensive. While the service had a few minor shortcomings, it's still highly recommended

The room was spotless, plenty of hot water, and a lovely balcony to relax on. Breakfast was excellent (with the best coffee!), and the staff were outstanding — even making me a fresh coffee at 6am before breakfast opened

When we arrived, we didn't see the hotel sign and parked a bit further away, but the very kind receptionist met us directly in the parking lot and let us park right in front of the hotel

The hotel staff are excellent and smiling, and their service is excellent. The breakfast is good and close to you are restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a supermarket, within walking distance

Hotel is in industrial zone outside city center, with a restaurant on top floor with a view and good service. They also have a free parking.

  However, the smoke filled room from other rooms as a non smoker is a deal breaker.   I would have to really evaluate the situation again to stay here despite the good points

The staff is excellent and speaks more than decent English. The waiters at the restaurant are professional and polite. The size of the rooms are average, but the bathroom (especially the walk-in shower) is humongous
