Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina in Pristina

I had a short but pleasant stay in the hotel. It is right in the middle of the pedestrian street, which means you need to go through some traffic to reach it, but then it's great for exploring the center area. Rooms are of a good size and heavily furnished. I didn't get a chance to use the spa, but the staff were very polite and also parked the car for me. Breakfast was a bit average. I expected a bit more from such a place - overall great experience.

Wow, this is swanky! The spa is amazing. Located right on the main strip. Had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the sushi was very good as well

Rooms, services and amenities befitting of a five star hotel. My mum and I stayed for my birthday celebrations and I'm very glad we did. The spa alone was fantastic. Perfect location for walking around, especially now that rama has locked down half the city's roads.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was great and really helpful in every department. The gym is small of a small size but enough for the amount of people who use it : 2 treadmills of newest generation, a few other machines, weights etc.. that was just perfect. The spa is AMAZING, with a heated pool, multiple saunas, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and a resting area, and everything is opened until 23:00 ! Special shoutout to manager Gili who was so kind. I also booked a massage with Julia that was just perfect :)
The rooms are from ancient style (classical) but very comfortable and spacious, with ALL amenities and toiletries.
Also the breakfast was huge and so delicious. Overall, this is in my top 3 hotels I’ve been to worldwide. Definitely recommend

I stayed at the Swiss Diamond in Prishtina for two weeks in April. I don't think I could stay anywhere else ever as the experience was wonderful. This review is overdue, but I am only now catching up from all my travels.

The hotel is definitely more of an old school ambiance, but that is my preference. The food was above average for hotel standards, and I tried almost everything on the menu. They also have a sushi restaurant attached, which was decent. The pool and spa include two saunas, steam bath, Turkish bath, and ice plunge (for anyone who likes that). Their staff is diligent in maintaining the area at all times for cleanliness. The bar area sometimes has live music, and overall it's a relaxing place to have a drink.

With all five star assessments, I do like to still leave some constructive feedback. For this hotel it would be the following:

- All rooms should have a proper espresso pod machine. Not this powder 3-1 stuff.

- The jacuzzi isn't hot enough.

- The pool area is quite large, and there is plenty of room for families to enjoy the area without disrupting others. Unfortunately, I only found 50% of the families in the pool area to be respectful. There might need to be stricter policies enforced for those with children. I don't blame the kids, I blame the adults without a brain or any regard for basic politeness.

Overall, I loved the hotel, the food, location, pool, and sauna. I will be back.

Great hotel, everything is clean, as you would expect from a hotel of this category. The location in the heart of Pristina is simply perfect!
