This is a legitimate hotel with a front desk staff who speak excellent English, making communication a breeze. The breakfast was good, and the taxi I booked arrived promptly. The service was warm and friendly. It's very close to the old town center, and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend it.

Reception excellent.
Too much noise from the next door room-the noise from the bathroom, shower. Lightning is a bit weak and diffcult to handle. The shower cabin is spacios and convenient, yet the sink us too small with a too high tap.
And better to provide two blankets for two people. The pillow can seem too hard.
Food is good. They could also add some yogurt or porridge. And the quality of coffee is not good enough.
The location is very good, close to everything.
If you come by car, bother to book the parking place, just for six cars in front of the hotel.

Quiet room in a well located hotel, within walking distance of most amenities. Breakfast was nice. However, the hotel and rooms really do not look like the pictures; it is a small hotel (which is fine in itself) but the lobby space is very limited and the rooms are smaller than they look. The room service was disappointing; I am not sure whether anything was done other than to put the covers back on top of the beds; the beds never really felt made, toilet roll wasn't replaced, used cups and glasses were never replaced or cleaned. We had a few technical issues as well; the shower was weak, the room was overheated, and it was impossible to enter the room without all the lights turning on which was difficult with two of us sharing and doing different things in the evening. We reported this and staff came to look and advised it was normal and did nothing further. Note the spa/hot tub costs €40/hour to access.

All in all, the hotel was ok but the staff were inattentive and I did not find it as advertised. Definitely not worth the hefty price tag.

There's still construction going on next to the hotel, so it was a bit noisy during the day. However, the front desk staff were great; they were understanding when I explained the situation and moved me to a higher floor on the opposite side of the construction, which solved the noise problem. The breakfast was just okay, but it was free, so that's a plus, haha.

It was an excellent and pleasant stay. They were very nice and easy to approach and explicative. Breakfast was okay very good and the rooms so nice.

It is highly recommended and will be coming back!
-Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available.
- The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though
- The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items.
- Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy

I visited Sky Hotel in Belgrade in August. The hotel is modern and centrally located, very close to the old town and the castle, but also the modern district around Sava promenade. The very friendly and helpful staff stood out. They gave me some cool locations to visit. I would recommend the hotel to any visitor.

Male receptionist ( a young guy ) is so nice and strong hospitality.

Breakfast service is acceptable.

Bathroom isn’t good when you do shower.

Cleaning service need to be more improved.

A bit away from the Old Town, 15mins walk but that's not necessarily a bad thing, nicely appointed room, breakfast was ok, service was good. There are restaurants around, and a great traditional Serbian restaurant as well as a Malaysian Chinese restaurant.
