Reception desk is often not available.
No daily cleaning service. Dirty towels have to be replaced ourselves.
Can’t find any one on the phone. Emails are not replied sometimes.

The room was OK, but a little noisy. The room I stayed in was opposite the storage room. The waiter didn't know there were guests inside, so he opened and closed the door heavily. I had just fallen asleep when I was woken up by the noise and came out to tell the waiter. The waiter was very embarrassed. The noise stopped until 2 a.m. My friend's other room did not have this problem.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the boulevard of the Queen Alexandra, the center is easily accessible by public transport. There are many cafes, restaurants, etc. nearby. The room is clean. As a stop for one night, a good option.

Not bad, a stand-alone building with a front desk and service. The room is not small and fully equipped. I just came and went in a hurry and didn't take any photos.

Room is underwhelming compared to the pictures. The floor was clean but not spotless, there was a cleaning rag on the floor. There is no AC! but i blame that on my expectations, culture shock! The lady in the reception was sweet, accommodating and friendly. Check-in experience can be improved significantly.

There is NO ONE at the reception! I waited for almost an hour, after which they answered me on WhatsApp, where they said that my key was in an envelope. Why can't I write this information right away? This is complete disrespect for the guests! No one even apologized at the hotel, as if this is how it should be.
I had room number 1 - it looks quite decent, you can sleep, but it is very noisy, since the room is on the first floor - I had to sleep with earplugs. Also, after taking a shower, all the water ended up in the hallway - very poor insulation. The room did not have any amenities in terms of water, kettle, dental supplies, no shampoos - nothing. In general, summing up the assessment, the maximum is to arrive in the evening, sleep, and leave.

Exceptional! If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

Complete discrepancy between the room and hotel description in the application. Available room 22 m3, air conditioning, kettle in the room, daily cleaning BUT
THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK (at +30) I had to sleep with the windows open, listen to noise from the street all night and endure mosquitoes.
THERE WAS NO CLEANING, there was nowhere to dry dirty damp towels.
THE ROOM DOESN'T CORRESPOND TO THE PHOTO It was only 22 m3, there was a tiny room of 11-12 m3, occupied by a bed.
NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM
THE FURNITURE WAS BROKEN, the bed was on a brick.
Terrible breakfast - omelette 2 slices of bread, three slices of cucumber, three tomato slices
Disgrace
3 cases when the hotels suggested by Trip Com do not correspond to reality

Pros:
- Breakfast included
- Nice shower with strong water pressure
- Close to Lion tram station
Cons:
- The bed crate is made of metal. It creaks everytime you sleep and turn around. Very annoying.
- No shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/hand soap
- No kettle
- Noisy. When people talk outside, you can hear it very clearly. In the morning, you can hear the cars driving in the Main Street.
- Travel inspector opened my room when I was napping without knocking the door. The receptionist could have knocked the door first and let travel inspector checked?
- No people in the reception all the time
