Avoid this hotel. We were met with violence, false damage claims, and attempts to charge €1,000 for flooding caused by a clogged shower drain (a maintenance issue). Despite paying a €100 deposit, they tried to hold us hostage. The staff entered our room without permission, tried to prevent us from leaving, and were aggressive. Even though we had photos and videos proving there was no damage, they continued to threaten us. As tourists, we felt unsafe and were harassed. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The room had a different layout from the one pictured, but it was nice and had a huge balcony. The parquet flooring at the bathroom exit was slightly raised. The reception staff were friendly and very polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. It's a shame there was no porridge, but everything else was there, including fruit.

Good location. You can take bus 607 from the airport directly to the hotel. It is right opposite the bus stop. Unfortunately, you can't see the hotel sign and entrance. It is actually on the third floor of a complex building. You need to go upstairs to take the elevator. The room has a balcony, but the view is average. The breakfast is good. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and you can buy phone cards.

The room is very tidy and comfortable, hygienic and clean, and the service attitude is very good, but the Internet is not very good!

Three-star hotel, single room, fully equipped, but the downside is that the room is a bit small.

I loved! A very well positioned place with the bus stop just 220 meters away which takes you directly to the center of Belgrade. The girls at the reception are very friendly and helpful, you can ask them based on your tastes, places to visit, go out or eat! The room has a terrace and when you add both rooms you get plenty of space. The buffet for breakfast very varied and rich! An experience of 10.

very unfriendly as i booked minutes before i eanted to cancel as i was rejected at immigration border due to not having a visa to serbia. called hotel minutes after the booking they are totally inconsiderate refused to be compassionate and sympathetic to my plea !!
