We, as a family, have become regular guests during Arsenal Fest, staying a bit longer each time, and we truly enjoy it, thanks to this excellent accommodation.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast features the best of Serbian deli with excellent coffee. All of this comes at very reasonable prices - they don’t take advantage of the festival to overcharge.

Most of all, the people running this hotel are extraordinary. Every staff member we met fit perfectly into the picture of a well-run, welcoming place. They were helpful and kind, making us feel right at home. We even had a small incident (by our fault), and the way they handled it was far beyond typical business-like service.

Irena especially deserves the title of best manager - she truly went the extra mile to take care of guests. We need more leaders with such strong values.

True hospitality, combined with great facilities, is what makes a stay perfect, whether for business or pleasure.

Everything is fine while at the property, but surroundings have a lot to desire. In addition, the air conditioner barely worked (wasn't dead but very weak).

We just spent wonderful 3 nights at Rubicon hotel in Kragujevac. Hotel is situated very close to the city centar. Rooms are very spacious, super clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast is just great. Very pleasant and helpful staff in hotel. All recommendation!

Awesome Hotel and Staff
Extremely friendly accommodating staff. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. We were English speaking and it was never a problem. Easy, safe walk to city center. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, a spotless, quiet and well furnished room and a comfortable bed with crisp, clean sheets which ensured a good night's sleet. The Rubicon surprised and delighted me throughout my stay.

Fantastic hotel! The staff were lovely, and it's just 2 minutes from the town center. There’s a lovely museum to visit nearby. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

we stopped here passing through as we drove the mountain roads of serbia through bosnia to dubrovnik croatia. hotel is a great value. clean with extremely friendly staff. checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. breakfast was included and they made me an almond milk latte which was quite tasty. breakfast is what you expect for this level hotel had cereals, eggs , sausage etc. would highly recommend if on a budget.
